"hi, i'm mason thames." i say giggling.

mason pretends to flip his hair. "and i'm y/n y/l/n."

"we are the cast of 'held back' and we are doing the wired autocomplete interview!" we say in unison.

"do you want to start off with the individual questions or the movie ones?" mason asks me.

i tilt my head and look up to think. "let's do the movie ones first." i smile then hold out my hands.

they throw me the board and i catch it perfectly.

"nice catch."

"thanks!"

i peel back the tape and we both say, "is held back a rom com?"

"yes, it is!" i say smiling.

mason peeled the tape this time. "is held back based off of 10 things i hate about you?"

"yup! we play the actors but younger versions, so i play patrick and y/n plays kat." (can we talk ab how perfect mason would be for this role tho?? like he is a mini heath ledger)

"is held back a good movie?"

"i don't know, why don't you see for yourself?" i say shrugging.

"what kind of question is that, of course it is! it's a sequel to the best rom com movie ever."

i laugh.

"last question." i pull of the final piece of tape. "where can i stream held back?"

"you can stream it on netflix now!"

"alright do you want to go first for the next board?" mason asks me.

"no, you can go."

they toss mason the board and he peels the first tape.

"is mason thames going to be in the black phone 2?"

"well, it wouldn't be the black phone without me, now wouldn't it?"

i look at the camera and roll my eyes.

"does mason thames have a sister?"

"yes, her name is brooke."

"ugh, i love her."

mason raises his brow and side eyes me. he then laughs then pulls the third piece of tape.

"is mason thames working on any projects right now?"

"actually yeah, i'm working on how to train your dragon."

he pulls the final tape.

"does mason thames kiss y/n y/l/n in held back?"

he looks up from the board and smirks at me.

"guess you'll have to find out." i say.

while the crew tosses me my board, mason mouths to the camera, 'we do.'

"alright, first one. is y/n y/l/n in percy jackson and the olympians?"

"i am! i play annabeth chase!"

"is y/n y/l/n dating walker scobell?"

i look up from the board and suck my teeth. i had a feeling this question would pop up.

mason starts dying laughing. "DUDE, I COULD SMELL THAT QUESTION!"

that just makes me start laughing with him.

"𝐧𝐨, 𝐢'𝐦 𝐧𝐨𝐭."

"do walker scobell and y/n y/l/n kiss in season 2?"

"read the books, then find out."

"i think she's a little mad."

i look at him then laugh. "if the next one is about walker, i think i'll cry."

i start to peel back the final tape. "does walker scobell..." i stop peeling then look down and start laughing again.

at this point, mason has lost it.

"you guys realize this interview is about y/n right?" mason says to the camera.

i finish peeling back the tape. "does walker scobell have a crush on y/n y/l/n?"

"i don't know, you're asking the wrong person man."

"i think that's enough for today!" mason says clapping his hands.

"thank you so much wired for having us today!" i say enthusiastically. mason nods his head in agreement.

"you can now stream held back on netflix!"
