A failure.
That's all she was and will ever be.
Walking a path of not even loneliness... Or if this is loneliness she can't tell.
The failure of one of the greatest geniuses known in the universe.
The worst failure that could ever be born.
The incom...
(I... Since I posted the last chapter, HI3 still hasn't finished downloading but.)

(My laptop is going. "haha, I'm in danger", I literally need to close every single app and shit and it still overheats and adding a third gacha on it will kill it but lets see lol)
(And remember I warned you about HI3 playing maybe having flashbacks because of me discovering that game and videos about it? I think I realized partially why I just fell in love with Fu Hua and Senti without knowing shit about them... I've been watching the Senti end of fight cutscene on loop so that might be why I came to this conclusion but... Isn't Nihl the same? Someone born in the body meant for someone else but was the one to awaken in it and just wanting to be herself instead of the past?)
(Oh and I just realized it is a guy singing that song.)
"Arlan?"
"Have you seen Peppy?"
"You lost that dog again? Why are you looking for him on me?"
"You literally attract animals like a magnet. So can you help me before Asta realizes this?"
Nihl sighed, offering a nod.
"Alright, I'll start with the storage." He said, getting a nod back.
Nihl walked the halls of the space station.
Looking behind wending machines, under the benches, in the potted plants, terrifying scientists by questions them about the whereabouts of a dog.
Slowly making her way down the trail of clues left by the little pest.
And she wasn't liking where the trail was leading.
Since Peppy was a little being she couldn't really sense his energy signature like a living stelleron could be felt no matter where she was on the ship or how a clone emanator always was there in the background of her life before, no, all she could do was do this stupid little hunt for him.
And sadly enough, he must have been exactly where she didn't want him since the office Herta loaned to Ruan Mei was usually closed and the door was nudged open to a fat sausage of a dog's size.
"Peppy, I will punt you into space." She told him, seeing the fat little culprit having not only ripped out the corner of a carton box but was munching on the pastries that had spilt out of it onto the ground... She can only suppose he smelt some and wanted them and so he figured out the source with his doggy smell.
Pushing the door open, the dog looked like his life was over, slowly putting the pastry in his mouth down before literally blasting off into a sprint between her legs and down the hall.
Nihl watches him go with a sigh, taking her turn in stepping in the room in hopes of cleaning up.
Picking up what he knocked over and putting it back in place.
