Questions and Arcade Time

In Sandy's home, the crew members occupied the lounge. Sandy was brewing tea to calm everyone's nerves after the earlier spider infestation. Mk paced the living room and said, "What am I supposed to do? Spider Queen is still out there."

Pigsy stood by the armrest of the couch you laid on, he said, "Kid, calm down. Her mech got taken down, so there's no way she'd be able to rebuild it... not with the Monkey King around." Sandy brought a tray of tea, serving everyone a cup.

An audible groan slipped from you as you sat up slowly, grasping your arms. Feeling dazed, you turned to the crew seeing the steaming cups in their hands. You asked, "You got anything warm?" Sandy handed you a warm cup of tea. You took the cup and a small sip. "That's a relief, thanks Sandy." You said, feeling warmth spread through your body.

Mk, standing next to Mei, questioned, "What happened? Why were you in Spider Queen's mech?"

You sat silently, staring at the liquid's reflection and said, "A good question to ask is... how'd I get out," sipping the warm tea again.

Mei spoke, "Um, Monkey King was the one who rescued you. He told us you would tell us what happened in there."

Your eyes lingered off somewhere, contemplating with a long hum. "Another question is... why is it getting cold in here?" You said, sipping the warm tea quickly, then choking on it, and letting out strained coughs.

Tang grabbed your shoulders, exclaimed, "Could you just answer the questions?!" He shook you by the shoulders.

"Chill man. You are making me spill the tea." You spoke, then grinned at him. Tang facepalmed, grabbing a small towel that Sandy passed to him and cleaned the floor.

Mk and Mei glanced at each other. Mk said, "Monkey King told us Spider Queen's goons caught you and something about you taking her suit? What if her henchmen did something really bad to you?"

"No, no. I got myself captured, so they wouldn't do anything worse. Besides that, you guys know that I could take care of myself." You said, cheekily.

"That doesn't answer any of the questions though." Tang said, placing the dirty towel in the sink.

The cup in your hold almost slipped, placing it on the table. You felt sweat forming on your body, you grasped your nape. "Why is it getting hot?" You muttered.

"It's actually warm in here." Sandy said nearby. "I could give you something else to drink if you want."

You exhaled a heavy breath, your hand clamping tightly on your nape. "Um... the tea is fine, but thanks, Sandy.... You know, instead of questioning me, we should hang out in the arcade when the city gets fixed." You said. Pigsy stood by, raising a thermometer to your mouth. You began rocking left and right to avoid it. You continued, "If any of us have the time, we can schedule a meet-up at the arcade."

Tang pinched his none-existent nose and said, "Now you're going off topic."

"Since you want the answer really badly..." You said, sitting still. Pigsy just squinted at you and placed the thermometer in your mouth. He watched the red line rise and fall, glancing at Sandy confused.

"We asked because we are concerned." MK said, frustrated.

You gazed at all of them, explaining, "It's my roo..., Spider Queen's mech broke down my apartment. So, I wanted to investigate who was responsible, and you know how I can fly and phase through stuff?... I was easily able to infiltrate inside. I sneaked through and fell into a room full of demons. I had a fight with these purple dudes, and that's where I got myself captured. Smart move, right?"
