It was quite on the bio-ship, waiting for signals was something that made Roriand'r incredibly impatient. She was very excited for their first official mission; Mr. Twister doesn't count by the way. He was more of a practice round. Trust exercise, if you will.
"We're approaching Santa Prisca." M'gann voiced, alerting Tornado through comms.
Rory was in dreamland, she couldn't help but think about the previous conversation Batman had with the group. "Isla Santa Prisca. This island nation is the primary source Of a dangerous and illegal neurosteroid. A strength enhancing drug sold under the street name Venom. Infrared heat signatures indicate their factory is still operating at full capacity, but all shipments of Venom have been inexplicably cut off. That's where this team comes in. This is a covert recon mission only. Observe and report. If the Justice League needs to intervene, it will. The plan requires two drop zones."
"So, who's in charge?" Robin was quick to ask, Rory and Kaldur quick to look at each other. So did Tornado and Batman. "Work that out between you." Batman suggested.
"Drop-zone A in 30." M'gann's voice took Rory out of her memory, making sure to stay on alert.
Kaldur took position, switching to stealth mode before the bio-ship opened a hole from under him, closing it back up once he submerged into the water below.
"Putting bio-ship in camouflage mode."
"Heat and motion sensors are patched. Data is now on a continuous loop. Move in." Kaldur commanded.
"Drop-zone B." The rest of us stand up, Rory, Robin, and Superboy already had attire dark enough to blend in, so they opted for no stealth mode.
"How cool is this?" Wally asks, beaming as he spun around to show the rest his suit. "Very impressive." M'gann complimented as her outfit shifted from heel to the top of her head. Changing colors before their eyes.
"Uh, that works, too." Rory waves her hand around a drooling Wally who stared at M'gann like a puppy who's owner came back from war. "I think he's broken." She told Robin who chuckled.
Wally smacked Rory's hand away before pointing at Superboy. "Hey, Supey, not too late to put on the new stealth tech." "No capes, no tights. No offense."
"It totally works for you. I..In that you can totally do good work in those clothes." Rory and Robin shook their heads as the bio-ship opens up under them letting them land onto the ground. Wally and Robin using lines. Unlike Superboy who fully crashed onto the ground with the impact of his landing. Knocking everyone back in the process. Well Rory just flew over, as did M'gann. "Knew I didn't need a line." He bragged. "And yet creating a seismic event May not have helped us much with the covert." Robin scolded him as Rory helped him up. A small thank you being whispered to her.
