Oh my MONKEY’S in on The Ellen DeGeneres Show eep. It’s the weekend and I’m doing shows and recording for when I release my songs Scotty and Alex were signed too. I had recorded my first album boy was it tearing but now I was performing my favourite song love story, after graduation I’m whisked away to film the video for it. Through all of this Edward will be with me I kicked a bit of a fuss and well it paid off he’s having a gap year before going to study composing and directing”
“hello Katie I’m Ellen” I stood up and shook her hand “hi it’s so good to meet you I love your show” I smiled “why thank you and who’s this?” she asked gesturing to Edward “this is my boyfriend Edward” they shook hand “well good look and see talk to you later” she smiled and left I was sat on the couch when I was called to stage I was a girly smart (what she wears on the performance)
“Now next up is a young girl only 17 and I bet she will take the world by storm. Singing his first song of the album its KATIE SWAN!” the music started playing.

When I finished I did a little bow and made my way over I kissed Ellen’s cheek “first welcome to the show. Your performance was amazing” she complemented “thank you and thanks for having me” I smiled “so as I said earlier you’re only 17 how are you as good as that?” I laughed “erm from a young age I loved singing and dancing I went to dance school for two semesters before returning to regular school for senior year. Then on some weekends my friend who is also guitarists we’d enter compatitions and mic nights” I told her “wow so to show what she did before her live TV performance her is a clip”
she showed when I was performing Mean and the crowd went wild screaming encore “so people love your songs already that’s just an example” I nodded “so while you performing we had loads of questions coming through but the most popular question who gave you that claddgah ring” I looked down and smiled “my boyfriend Edward gave it to me for our six month anniversary” people awed “and he’s here with you today right” I nodded and pointed
“he’s very handsome” she commented “yeah look great in a suit” people laughed “so how did you meet?” I froze “we met through my sister yeah” she caught my eye and changed the subject “so you say you can dance well we have a test which you can bring the lovely Edward down” we stood up and went over to what was the stage.
“So you can do the argentine tango” we nodded “show us” then she went to her seat we took our places as the music started. Roxanne played as we danced.
After the Ellen show we were taken home “well that was weird” i commented he was holding me in bed “yeah but at least everyone knows your off the market and all mine.” He hugs me
I want to stay like this forever.
