❝ IN WHICH, it's the 1984 all valley. the event that destroyed karate for two individuals.
- THE ALL VALLEY ( 1984 ! )
━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❝ SHIT JOHNNY, THE KIDS ACTUALLY NOT BAD!" patrick o'connel panted, rushing to the edge of the karate mat, where the cobra kai team stood in anticipation. patrick o'connel was currently equal with daniel larusso. it was safe to say, the cobra kai's had severely underestimated the skills of daniel - and patrick o'connel was facing the consequences of this.
johnny lawrence too was in the semi finals, yet his match was just shortly after the current one between his friend patrick, and daniel. the pair were the only cobra kai's left remaining in the all valley, and from the looks of it, their chances of winning were slowly slipping out of the palms of their hands.
"c'mon patrick! just go for it." johnny encouraged, holding the shoulders of the o'connel boy. "no mercy man."
patrick nodded, his face hardening as he was reminded of the quote that the cobra kai's lived by - strike first, strike hard, no mercy.
the boy swiftly turned around, going back to the centre of the mat, now face to face with the brunette boy once again. the cheers and encouragement of his team behind him, echoing through his mind.
"ready - fight." the referee declared, taking a step back as the fight began to unfold. patrick lunged towards daniel, sending a sharp kick to his hands, before getting him directly in the stomach. the larruso teen stumbled back, clutching his chest, then landing uncomfortably on his knees.
"point! - o'connel." patrick smirked as he heard the cheers arise once again. he needed to win this fight desperately. it had to be him or johnny who won the all valley, it had to he someone from cobra kai, and the only way to guarantee that, was for patrick to be in the final, hopefully against the lawrence boy. nobody wanted to find out the wrath of kreese if cobra kai lost, nobody.
the two went back to the starting positions. "ready ... fight." patrick once again, lunged forwards, bringing his right leg up to strike the boy, only to be pushed down by the hand of daniel.
