into a free wwe match !━━━━━━━━━━━ IT HAD BEEN TWO HOURS, FOURTEEN MINUTES, AND TWENTY SEVEN SECONDS since eloise had made the promise that she would attend her brothers upcoming football match, and quite frankly, she was already regretting it. the promise in question, unfortunately would result in eloise being all booked-up for this friday evening, and whilst she stared at the text-invitation from her friends to go out on a drive on said evening — she really wished she'd used the phrase 'but no promises.' when making the agreement to her brother
it wasn't that the o'connel girl didn't necessarily want to go to her support her older brother, it was more his teammates in whom she wished she wouldn't have to spend her friday evening cheering for — cough cough, kyler park.
but eloise didn't have a history of breaking promises, and she wasn't planning on starting now, even if she much preferred to be spending her precious time elsewhere.but that was an issue for tomorrow, right now, she had a different issue to face — the issue that she was very, very late for school. and her father patrick, just had to keep reminding her on how little time the household were running on.
"eloise! how many times have i told you to hurry up — your brother's already sat waiting in the car!" patrick shouted up from the bottom of the staircase, as eloise rushed around in her bedroom, grabbing her back, and running downstairs, straight past her father, muttering a quick apology to the man as she headed out the door.
the pair clambered into the vehicle, being met with an unimpressed darragh o'connel — who was currently shooting daggers at his younger sister. "if i get a detention, im so throwing you under the bus lou." he mumbled, before turning his unhappy focus away from the girl.
"and since when did you care about detentions, hm?" eloise began. "care to share where you spent three lunchtimes last week?" she smirked, watching her brother snap his head around, a clear unamused expression playing on his face.
"oh so you wanna' go there miss 'caught kissing jack owens when you were skiving by mr — "
"— right pack it in the pair of you!" patrick o'connel interrupted, glaring at the pair of bickering siblings through the rearview mirror, he would rather not hear about what his children had been doing in that subject. "i don't know why you two complain about school so much. you know, school days were the — "
