Tsubomi's eyes widened not only at the fact that Shuuya had used her first name, but also the impact those five words had on her emotions. Her face felt like it was on fire, and well, the rest was complicated. One side of her was wanting to slap him in the face, and the other to kiss him. How did she really feel about Shuuya?? Shuuya saw her beautiful face react to the intensity of his gaze as he met her lips with his. She tried to squirm away, but then he pulled her into a tight embrace.
"Shu..u..ya!" She gasped as she fought against the embrace in vain.
He pulled away from her, shocked. What he had done felt like instinct, but now he realized it was a mistake that had frightened her.
"I-I-I'm sorry," he stammered, and headed toward the door, when he felt something pull on the sleeve of his hoodie.
"No, stay," Tsubomi gripped his sleeve, her eyes pleading.
She pinned him against the door, and looked into his eyes.
" I'm not letting you go before I say this,she softly told him, "Shuuya, I need you..."
Shuuya looked at her, wondering if she too, had been harbouring the same feelings as he.
"Don't worry I'll never leave you," he breathed into her ear.
She leaned up to his face, and whispered,
"I love you."
