Everything went by in a flash and Y/n almost forgot who she was in a daze of happiness because she was getting married but she was brought back to her thoughts when Lin had to kiss her and carefully nudged her as a small warning. She kissed him back and put her arms around his neck as he deepened the kiss. The crowd cheered and everything went great afterwards. They danced and had their photoshoot. It was all great and they both felt like they could fly. After everything was done, the couple went to an apartment they had started renting. As Lin locked the door after they both walked into the apartment, he walked towards Y/n, "I guess I'm stuck with you for the rest of my life."

She chuckled and shrugged, "Pretty much."

"And I pretty much love that."

"And I love you. Now, did I tell you how handsome you look in that tuxedo?"

He fake pouted, "No, you didn't. But let me show you how beautiful I think you look in that dress."

She raised an eyebrow, "Show m-" Her question was interrupted by Lin's lips on hers. It was a soft kiss in which they both wrapped their arms around each other. Y/n could swear she could fly at that moment.  Moving in with your new husband. That was a new feeling she would definitely never forget. She loved everything about this day. It was now forever embedded in her memory, June 26th, the day she got married to the Love of her life, Lin-Manuel Miranda. They were deeply in love and she made a pact on herself to never let him go or let anything happen to him.

Lin's arm tightened around her waist so she could only imagine he was having that same feeling of protectiveness she had. He kissed her cheek and whispered in her ear, "Wanna go see the bedroom?"

She giggled and kissed him quickly, "Yes, please."

The next morning, Y/n woke up next to Lin with butterflies, no, a swarm of bees in her stomach. Her face reddened when she thought of what they did the previous night. She tried to get up and go take a shower and make breakfast, but Lin's arm around her held her a bit too tightly. She tried nudging him and even pinching his arm but he didn't wake up. She shook him and, well, she tried a lot of stuff and her husband was still fast asleep. The only method that worked was when she tried kissing him. He woke up like a princess after her beauty sleep, "Good morning, beautiful."

Y/n rolled her eyes jokingly, "Babe, I tried every single thing to wake you up, but you woke up like the Sleeping Beauty with a kiss?!"

He raised an eyebrow, "Wait, really?"

"Yeah, I wanna go take a shower and make breakfast."

He took his arm off her and apologised. She chuckled, "It's okay." She kissed him quickly then got up to take her shower.

This shower took her longer than necessary. She felt like she needed that much time to relax her muscles. She finally graduated and got married. Both on the same day! She needed time to process her new life. She was now a married woman not the young college student she used to be.

She finished her shower and got dressed to go make breakfast. Only to find Lin in the kitchen and a weird smell filling the house. It was the smell of...something burning! She ran to the kitchen and put out the mini fire Lin has made while laughing hysterically.

"Why are you laughing?!" Lin whined with a cute pout.

She breathed slowly to stop laughing, "Babe, do you even know how to cook?"

"No..."

She smiled, "Come on. Let's clean this mess and I'll teach you some simple stuff."

He dropped the toddler act and kissed her forehead, "Y/n, I love you so much."

She hugged him and squeezed him tightly. This was gonna be her favourite thing to do from that moment on.

They cleaned up then Y/n wore an apron and gave Lin a matching one.

"Hey, we look cute."

She smiled for a bit, then got out of her daze, "Okay, now it's time to learn how to cook. As it seems you know nothing of cooking so I have to teach you everything."

They got to making breakfast. Y/n told him how to do anything without setting the house on fire and they did it.

Y/n then knew that was it. Her life was going just as planned and she was married to the love of her life.
