Bhumi s pov
In the party, it was very awkward with jamie. Thank God sam was there spitting absolute nonsense with such ease and keeping jamie from starting a conversation. He kept looking at me and I tried my best to keep my full attention on sam.
Sam s bro : hey Sam come on here quickly
He ran towards his bro leaving us alone.
I : can u stop staring at me
Jamie : listen I'm really sorry I- i thought it would work and it did we got in but I- I am sorry for making u uncomfortable
I : no james
He got up and went away while i sat there realising that he didn't like me back. It was all one sided.i tried finding him afterwards but I couldn't. I called him and texted him but he didn't reply. Suddenly sam pulled me to the dance floor where people had formed a circle. And in between was james and a girl. He looked drunk and so did she.

Jamie s pov
I shouldn't have done that I shouldn't have kissed her. I was standing in the bathroom with my hands on the wash basin. I splashed some water on my face. I could understand that sam gave me vodka and not a mojito cuz of the dizziness. I came out and wiped my face with a paper towel.
??? : heyy sexy
She put her hand on my chest and made me drink a glass of something.
??? : wanna dance
I couldn't understand anything so I nodded. She pulled me and people surrounded us. She put her hands on neck and bought me closer till our forehead touched. I had enough sense to keep my hands away. But she put my hands on her as*. I tried removing it but she held them tight. She smashed her lips onto mine and the crowd cheered for it. My anger and all my frustrations and stress vanished. Everything I tried to get bhumi to be mine, the hope , the chance all turned into aggression. And I poured it all on that girl thinking of her as bhumi. I kissed her and  my hands roaming all over her body. I kissed her neck, her jawline and time to time i could hear the crowd cheering. Tears spilled out of my eyes. I had no hope left of getting her. I kept my hands on her waist and our foreheads touched. Something caught my eye on the side. It was sam his face full of anger and behind him stood bhumi. Fucking hell she had tears in her eyes. She looked hurt. She went away. But wait why was she hurt ? By the time i could process it sam pulled me by the collar.
Sam : u fucking bitch!! How could u do this! I thought u loved her and only her.
I : I do sam i really do
Sam : then why did u do it
I : I didn't know if she liked me
Sam : now u got ur answer go get out and go tell her. And if u don't i won't talk to u.
I nodded and ran out immediately. My emotions were mixed up. I was scared if she would say no now. I scared if she ll never talk to me again. But I am content that she liked me once.
I ran out but I couldn't find her. My car was still there. I took the keys out of my pocket and quickly got in. I kept calling her and textin her but no response. I reached the hotel and asked the receptionist. She wasn't. Where could she go????? Ahh Aussie team hotel. I sprinted to my car and went to the Aussie team hotel. But the receptionist wouldn't give me info. I tried calling Adam but he didn't pick up. I started panicking and kept my hand on my head. I called starc even he didnt pick up. I called pat and it was ringing. Tears were forming in my eyes. He picked
Pat : ur dead kid
I : pls let me talk to her
Starc : where are u
I : down, they r not letting me in
I was crying a bit now
Starc : I m coming wait.

Bhumi s pov
I stormed out and walked and walked. My ankles hurting because of my heels. My hand bleeding cuz I was digging my nails into them. Tears flowing freely from my eyes. My knees gave up and I just sat on the bench near a house. My hearts in trillion pieces, and I was lost. I didn't know where I walked into. Few guys came towards me and started catcalling me.
??? : heyy beautiful want pleasure tonight?
I : leave me alone pls
My voice dry and low.
??? : how can we
He played with a strand of my hair.
I : stop
I didn't have any energy to get up and run
He touched my chin and I got up out of annoyce.
I : pls stop what have I done to you
I screamed letting all my anger and sadness out.
???  :  shut up u bitch.
He covered my mouth. my legs gave up and i blacked out. Last thing I saw was pat beating up that guy and carrying me while telling some stuff. Starc gave me water and maxi and pat kept scolding me for walking out alone. I was in my senses in some time and was lying down on the bed with my head on someone's leg. I opened my eyes and turned my head upwards to see pat stroking my hair and talking with someone. I love teasing and fighting with him but I didn't know he had such a good heart. Lucky di.
Adam : she's awake.
Pat : heyy u ok? Take have some water
I sat up straight with his help. He held the bottle while i drank it.
Maxi : what were u thinking huh? Walking alone at night that to in australia. The land of drunkards
Starc : what if something happened to you
Pat : atleast let her drink water.
