Ch 7

Pat s pov
I : ahh
The sunlight fell on my eyes and woke me. I remembered what happened last night and smiled to myself. I felt weight on my arm. I looked down and saw Naira sleeping peacefully. Who would say she is a fierce aggressive boxer in the boxing ring when they see her sleeping like this. I cautiously got down the bed without waking her up. I stood in front of the mirror and ran my fingers through my hair. I noticed hickeys on my neck. Now how the fuck will I handle glenn and the others. I got out of the room. Oh fuck I'm dead. I saw Virat sitting on the beanbag right by door of his room. Even the beast ( her dog) was there. Virat looked at me with his devil eyes while drinking coffee.
Virat: did u get good sleep? Were u comfortable?
I : ye- yeah thank you very much to let stay. I should get going I have practice. Btw will u be practicing with us or another ground.
Virat : I think we ll be in the same ground as u.
I smiled still scared. As I turned to go down the stairs someone held my hand. It was naira, she pecked me on the cheek and said bye. I looked at Virat more terrified than before. I quickly left her house and went.

Naira s pov:
I : kyu darate ho use
Bhai : Maine toh kuch Kiya hi nahi bas pucha aur tu uske room mein kya kar rahi thi
I : woh- mein- aise hi
Bhai : mazak kar raha tha chal tujhe kaam pe Jana hai na. Mein chod deta hu
I : nahi Bhai aapka practice hai aap jao mein bike se chali jaungi.
Bhai : thik hai teri coffee counter par rak Diya hai maine, pilena aur kuch kha bhi Lena.
I: haaa kha lungi aap jao aapka practice hai .
Bhai : ok ok bye
I : byee
I drank the coffee, bhai s coffee just hits different. I ate cereal and got ready. I gave mav his food and got out of the house. I rode to the hospital amd reached in abt 20mins. I had a few patients come in and then my shift was over by 11. I had another shift starting from 2 pm so I went to my boxing academy and trained there till 1. I had my lunch at the hospital and by 4 my shift was over. I quickly went home and got ready to go to the ground. I got out of the with mav.
( I never put a leash, just a collar with his name ) . I decided to take my Ferrari and opened the car door for mav to get in. I drove to the stadium.

Pat s pov
I hate my teammates. I swear if marnus comes to me once again telling me to give tips I will throw him out of the team. I looked at my watch it was almost 4 30. When will she come?!?!. I saw Virat coming to me.
Virat : hey are u comfortable with my teammates knowing ur relationship.
I : yeah I have no problem but pls do ask naira.
I didn't want his teammates to know cuz they scare me sometimes especially Virat.
Virat : sure
Naira : hii bhaiya heyy pat.
I waved at her with a smile
Virat : how did u come here
Naira : well pat wanted me to come.
Virat looked at me and I just stood there not knowing what to do.
Virat : alright after ur done come to the team they want meet u. Also ur fine with them knowing abt ur relationship.
Naira : yeah
Virat : byee
Naira and I : bye
Virat jogged to his teammates and after he was gone,
I : glad u could make it come on the team wants to meet u.
Naira : sure they aren't afraid of mav are they?
I : starc will probably pee his pants, Steve run around destroying everything and Travis, marnus and zampa will probably try to push eachother towards Maverick to scare eachother. So I guess glenn is the only one who loves dogs.
Naira : i think he should stay with my brother. Don't u like dogs
She asked me as she told the beast to go to Virat.
I : I love dogs but I don't think I can handle the big ones. Also I think Maverick hates me.
Naira : he ll get used to u.
I : come on let's go to the team.
