"Guys, stop!" I yelled, getting up.

Before I had time to think about what I'm doing I jumped onto both of them.

"STOP!" I yelled again.

They rolled away from each other, staring the other one down.

"That's it!" I screamed. I brought my suspended hand down hard on Harry.

"Get out!" I commanded. He flipped me off and slammed the door behind him.

I let out a relieved sigh and collapsed onto the bed.

"Y/n i -" Cris began before I cut him off.

"Me too." I said.

"W-what?" He stammered.

"I like you too. More than friends." I said, sitting up.

"Really?" He said dumbfounded.

I nodded.

"I've liked you ever since our first match against each other." I said.

"I don't know what to say." He murmered.

"Dont say anything. My head hurts." I grumbled.

He burst out laughing.

"You're funny." He said, grinning.

"I'm not joking." I said, glaring at him. He quickly stopped smiling.

"I'm joking idiot!" I said.

"But you said you- Girls." He said, shaking his head.

"Look. No one can know about this, okay?" I said, standing up and walking over to him.

"Know about what?" He asked.

"This." I whispered, pulling him to me by his jacket.

"Y/n I've been meaning to talk to you about what happened!" I said, catching up with the girl.

"Oh yeah. Me too." She responded.

"You go first." I said.

"It meant nothing. I was drunk. We were drunk. Just friends." She said. My heart sank.

"Oh. Yeah, I was going to say that, too." I said, forcing a smile. She patted my back, returning the smile.

"Friend zoned!" Tom said, running over after Y/n had run off.

"How could she say that after what happened! I thought she had feelings, too." I complained, kicking the ball angrily.

"She just got out of an abusive relationship! He tried to force her on him! Give her a break." Tom said.

"Yeah." I grumbled.

Elsie came over.

"Hey. I heard you and Maria broke up. I'm sorry, but she was a bitc-"

"Cris!" Y/n yelled beckoning me over.

I nodded to Elsie and ran over to the girl.

"I need to tell you something." She whispered.

"What." I asked.

I reached out to tuck a stray strand behind her ear. She flinched.

"What happened?!" I demanded.

"Nothing, you just scared me, but that's not why you're here. Look what I said wasn't true. I like you, Cris. I've liked you ever since we were in the pool together. You taught me to swim, remember?"

"How could I forget. I didn't teach you. You already knew." I said. My heart pounded in my chest as she stepped closer.

"Just promise me. If you also feel the same way. That you won't hurt me." She murmered. Her eyes flickered down to my lips.

"Y/n, I would never." I replied. "And yes, I would love to be your boyfriend."

She grinned.

"That's crazy. I'm going out with Ronaldos, son." She laughed.

"Better get used to it." I responded.

"Doesn't sound too bad." She said.

I laughed and picked her up, flinging her onto my shoulder and running to a football.

"Up for a quick match one v one?" I questioned, putting her down.

"When am I not!" She said pushing me and running to the ball.
