"Alec hey" Kelsey said once he walked in her room. "Is everything okay" Kelsey asked.
"Yeah fine" Alec said. "Okay" Kelsey said as she was worried about Jace knowing how close the two boys were. "Hey Kels" Alec said stopping Kelsey from leaving as she faced him.
"Yeah" Kelsey said, and Alec moved closer to her. "You know what Aldertree said is not true you're not a weapon" Alec said.
Kelsey smiled at him and kissed his cheek. "Thanks" Kelsey said, and two Shadowhunters appeared. "You ready" one of them asked Kelsey.
"What's going on" Alec asked confused. "It's my punishment for going against Aldertree they're taking me to go test my abilities they'll lock me in a box a box I know all too well but no worries I'll be able to breathe, and I should be done soon i managed to talk him down at least an hour" Kelsey said.
"How long does it usually last" Alec asked. "Sometimes 3 sometimes 4 sometimes 7" Kelsey said.
"No, you can't go no" Alec said. "I have to if I don't go willingly, they will extend my time and take me by force besides if I had the chance, I'd do it again" Kelsey said.
"Then I'll take you I'll stay till you're free" Alec said.
"Alec this isn't something you wanna see" Kelsey said. "I don't care I'm going I have to see it" Alec said.
"Okay" Kelsey said sighing and Alec offered his hand.
Kelsey smiled softly and took it, and they followed the two Shadowhunters.

Kelsey and Alec arrived at Kelsey's see through testing room and stopped as Kelsey let go of his hand.
"This is where you stop Alec what you are gonna see it's going to be painful to watch so I want to be sure that" Kelsey said and Alec stopped her.
"I'm staying no matter what" Alec said. "Okay" Kelsey said. "I'll be waiting on you" Alec said and Kelsey gave a small smile before going to the two Shadowhunters at the room.
"I'm ready" Kelsey said and they led her in straining her to a chair before leaving the room and locking the door behind them.
Soon the testing started, and it hasn't even been an hour yet but yet Kelsey was already screaming in pain as tears fell down her face.
But through it all Alec stayed trying to keep his own tears from coming as he watched his girlfriend in pain. Moments pass and the screaming has not once dialed down.
Alec kept glancing at the time wanting this to be over so he could hold his girl and never let her go.
Alec saw a message from Izzy and quickly answered it refusing to leave his spot till Kelsey was free.
Alec then noticed blood coming down on Kelsey's face that he didn't even notice Izzy behind him watching the whole thing. "What is that" Izzy asked and Alec finally noticed Izzy.
"Her punishment their testing her abilities how fast she can heal without her runes how far they can push her anything and everything" Alec said.
"This is how they test her" Izzy asked hating the fact her best friend was in pain.
"For how long" Izzy asked. "Usually, hours but Kelsey got Aldertree to only do an hour" Alex said and Izzy noticed Alec was holding back tears.
"Are you going to wait for her" Izzy asked and Alec nodded. "All of this just cause she's different" Izzy said but then she had to look away hearing Kelsey scream.
"I can't watch this" Izzy said and left. Then finally what felt like hours Kelsey was let out of the room and was led to Alec with the Shadowhunters helping her.
