Alec and Jace were practicing fighting as Kelsey just stayed in the corner sipping on her drink watching them.
Occasionally checking out Alec as he trained with Jace. "You're hurting" Alec told Jace. "You've didn't even touch me" Jace told Alec. "Now what he meant" Kelsey said.
LI'm not talking about that I'm talking about the downworlders Jace you didn't know wasn't your fault" Alec said.
"I never said it was, come on you got another round in you or starting to get tired" Jace said.
"So, what does this pure angel blood do for you anyway" Alec asked. "Still can't get over the fact you and Clary have pure angel blood" Kelsey said as Jace smiled slightly at her shaking his head.
"I don't know other than the ability to activate that sword maybe that's all it's good for" Jace said.
"Don't be so sure" Kelsey told him. "Kels is right Clary's got the ability to draw new runes so you must be able to do something special" Alec said.
"You mean other than kick your butt" Jace said. They then started to train once again. "Wanna go hand to hand" Alec asked Jace. "Oh, I thought you'd never ask" Jace said.
They then dropped their swords and started fighting. "So, you gonna tell Clary" Alec asked Jace as he had him on the ground.
"Tell her what" Jace asked. "She's not your sister" Alec told Jace.
Jace then took Alec by surprise as he now had him on the ground.
"You and Kels are the only ones I told you know she's lost so much she's got a good thing going with Simon you know I wouldn't wanna ruin that" Jace said then Alec moved so he had him on the ground.
"You think you're so irresistible she's gonna dump him as soon as she finds out you're not related" Alec said.
Jace laughed before knocking Alec down. "I think you should worry a little less about my love life and a little more about your fighting skills" Jace said and Alec tapped out causing Jace to let him go.
Alec then got up and went to Kelsey kissing her on the cheek. "Come on" Alec said.
"Wow where are we going" Kelsey asked as Alec gave her a look. "Oh, never mind" Kelsey said leaving with Alec.

"How long can you keep torturing him" Clary asked. "As long as it takes" Imogen said. "If you want the truth why not just use the soul sword" Jace suggested.
"You're telling me how to do my job" Imogen said.
"No but you said you retrieved the sword right after the attack I just don't understand why you wouldn't" Jace said, and Imogen interrupted.
"The tune your sister drew to deactivate the sword ended up damaging it in the process it's been sent to the iron sisters to be purified your Valentine's children tell me what you know" Imogen said.
"How would I know anything I ran away from him remember and I was still a kid don't you think if I knew something I speak up" Kelsey said.
"Nothing haven't we proven ourselves Valentine attacked the institute he attacked Kelsey his own blood" Clary said.
"We captured him" Clary said referring to her and Jace.
"At what cost by taking matters into your own hands you've planted the seeds of rebellion in the downworld the accords will be near impossible to maintain now fall in line or you'll end up like Aldertree and Idris facing repriman" Imogen said and left. "I really don't like her" Kelsey said.
