There was a knock, on Kelsey's door and Kelsey answered seeing Izzy. "Hey Izzy come in" Kelsey said and Izzy did as she closed the door behind her.
"Thought I'd find you here especially today if all days with it being" Izzy said. "Alec's wedding" Kelsey said, and Izzy sighed.
"You can say it Izzy it's not a bad word" Kelsey said. "Are you okay" Izzy asked.
"Am I okay with the fact that the man I have been in love with for years is marrying someone else" Kelsey asked and sighed. "Right silly question" Izzy said.
"Look all that matters to me is his happiness and if that means him marrying someone else cause he thinks it's the right thing to do that, that will truly make him happy so be it" Kelsey said.
"Are you going to the wedding" Izzy asked. "I don't know I was planning on skipping" Kelsey said.
"What no Kels you can't skip you have to go please" Izzy said.
"You want me to go to a we don't where I have to watch Alec get married in front of everyone" Kelsey asked. "Please he would want you there" Izzy said.
"Izzy not even your parents want me there I mean who would blame him I'm the miracle remember the half breed freak" Kelsey said.
"You are not a freak okay you're not you have to come and if they say anything they'll have to face me, and Alec just think about it" Izzy said and Kelsey nodded.

"How are we supposed to get any work done with all this going on" Jace asked going to Izzy with Kelsey.
"We haven't had a wedding here in years people are allowed to be excited" Izzy said. "Yeah bro cheer up" Kelsey said and Jace glared at her.
"Thats not funny" Jace said. "Yes, it is" Kelsey said. "We need to focus" Jace said. "Have you narrowed down the list of warlocks more powerful than Magnus Bane" Jace asked.
"I've got it down to 20 but it's gonna be hard to figure out which one cast that spell on Jocelyn" Izzy said.
"I don't care how tough it is we've gotta find him back at Renwick's I let Valentine go I won't make that mistake again we gotta wake up Jocelyn in case she heard anything about his plan" Jace said.
"Easier said than done right" Kelsey said sighing. "Have you spoken to Alec" Izzy asked Jace.
"He's probably busy what with wedding plans and all and I don't need to talk to anyone let's just stick to the mission okay" Jace said and left as Kelsey and Izzy looked at each other before looking back at Jace.

"Kels" Alec said smiling and Kelsey smiled at him before walking in closing the door behind her. "I didn't think I'd see you today since" Alec said when Kelsey interrupted.
"You're getting married now Alec don't be silly we're still friends" Kelsey said. "I uh just came to wish you luck on the big day" Kelsey added.
"Thanks" Alec said, and Kelsey nodded. "Now I know this is what you want but always remember it's not too late to change your mind and please for me just please get married for you okay not for your parents or your family name or whatever okay I know I probably already told you that but I'm telling you again okay" Kelsey said.
"Okay" Alec said. "Are you coming to wedding" Alec asked hopeful.
Kelsey went to answer but stopped. "I guess you'll just have to see at the wedding" Kelsey said and smiled once more before leaving.
