Batgirl is now standing in one of the apartment buildings on top on a rainy night. They were both watching three cars pulling up outside of the parking lot.
Then four other vehicles pulled up, one white van revealed it was Scarecrow inside of the van.
"Look, Scarecrow is there. The robber is right, he is meeting up with Falcone." Static points at Scarecrow meeting up with Falcone.
Batgirl looks at them two. "Alright, we should make our way inside without getting caught. There's two of his men." She starts to think of catching Scarecrow without getting caught.
"Well, Falcone's men are just as dangerous. Wouldn't hurt for me to deal with those guys and you can deal with Scarecrow's men. That way, it'll work out well. Stealth mode. You're even good at that." He smirks at her while Batgirl is recording and taking pictures at Scarecrow and Falcone.
Soon as Batgirl is done taking pictures and recording, she gives Static a look when he mentions stealth. "I'm always good at Stealth, you can even ask Batman for that once he gets back." She smirks and quickly grapples down with a hook to sneak inside.
Static flies into another building to go after Falcone's men.
Inside of the building, Scarecrow has two of his men with him, holding a suitcase in his left hand. He sat it down on the table right in front of him while Falcone watched.

"You know, this is what people like you need. More people like you being on the hustle, get shit done fast. I liked that." Falcone praised Crane.

"Yeah, well... I couldn't wait for another night to make the deal. Trust me. Start doing business with me, together we can make serious decisions and serious amounts of money." Crane assured Falcone that he makes a wise decision for this deal.
Batgirl overheard the conversation between them, wondering why Falcone wants to team up with Crane.
"Serious decisions... I'm a man of my word, Mr. Crane. I take my business seriously in case you have forgotten about me as a mob." Falcone takes off his glasses.
