APRIL 25th,
"I CANT BELIVE THEY did this!" Evelyn said. An annoyed groan leaving her mouth.
"Don't be mad at them, I made them do this-"
"I'm not mad at them i'm mad at you!"
"Evie-"
"I told you I didn't want to talk walker!" Evelyn basically yelled. Walker sighed, leaning against the wall. "I know, v. But—"
"I told you not to call me that." Evie snapped. Walker let out a sigh. "I just want to talk Evelyn."
"Talk about what? How you stood me up?" she snapped, though her voice wavered.
Walker ran a hand through his hair. "I know I messed up, Evie. I was stupid and didn't know how to handle everything," he admitted, his voice filled with regret.
Evelyn looked down, her anger slowly melting away. "You really hurt me, Walker," she said quietly. He stepped closer, his eyes earnest.
"I know, and I'm so sorry. I want to make things right, if you'll let me," he pleaded.
Evelyn looked up at the boy. "Why'd you do it?" Evie asked him.
"Do what?"
"I thought you really like me. All those dates, all the gifts? Was I just a big joke to you?" Evelyn's eyes started to water.
"What? No, No! I really did like you Evelyn. I still do."
"Then why did you stand me up?"
"I- I over heard you and Dylan talking and- I just-" Walker let out a sigh, "It was just a big misunderstanding. I thought that he asked you out and I git so upset I just- I didn't know what to do."
"Oh my gosh. You're a dick, Walker."
"I didn't know-!"
"Walker how many time do I have to you?! I told you then and i'm telling you now, me and dylan are, and will only ever be, just friends!"
"I know! But in the moment- I just... I don't know."
Evelyn laughed, "You don't know?! Walker you made me feel horrible! I couldn't eat for days because i felt horrible." Evelyn said, her voice breaking.
"You had me crying for days Walker. You really hurt me." She said, tear falling down her cheeks. "I cried to my brother about you!"
Walkers eyes started to water. He hated himself for making her feel that way.
He reached out to wipe away a tear that had fallen but evelyn pushed his hand away.
"I'm leaving."
"There not gonna open the door, Evie." Evelyn stepped away for the blonde and went over to her window.
"I don't want to speak to you. Not now, not ever, got it?"
