Illegal business

I looked out the window of my hotel and asked, "What happened?" I sighed before saying “Cedrick’s men took him!” My brow furrowed.

I was shocked. "Cedrick , the one he introduced me to last time?" I asked. “Yes!” I heard the irritation in her voice.

"Damn it! , the head organizer who involved illegal business here in the Philippines!” I shouted.

“Do you know him?” Mom asked. I said, “No Mom. He was supposed to be the manager of illicit trading,” while rubbing my forehead. “How do you know all of this when your brother just introduced you to him?” Mom asked.

“Yes, he was introduced to me, but I noticed something wrong about that demon" pabuntong hininga kong sagot.

"Ma alalahanin mo kaya ayaw kong magpakasal kasi ganto na mismo ang magyayari!" I shouted.

"Sorry anak then ill trust you for your brother sake" ramdam ko din na naging malumanay na ang sagot nito.

"I knew my suspicion was right. Then I realized my brother had other friends as bad as Satan himself,” I explained.

“How did you notice that?” Mom asked. I sighed. “Remember when my brother sent me to Palawan for vacation?” I said calmly.

“I saw another man dealing illegal drugs on Coron Island. I also know they were behind illegal recruitment for liquor products and trespassing in other countries. I recognized them from before ,kaya di ako nagkakamali sila nga yun” I said.

“Is he involved with that man who does illegal things? Why did he become friends with him , jusko isa pa tong kuya mo naghahanap ng gulo eh” I could hear her frustration.

I tightened the ring in my hand. “Exactly, Mom. Why did he choose such friends? kakainis tangina” I said, closing my eyes and rubbing my forehead. “What if your brother is involved now?” Mom asked.

“He wouldn’t do that. If he were, he would have told me earlier . I know he trusts me and would ask for help,” I said firmly.

I looked at my car mirror. “Are kuya Aiden and kuya Alex there?” I clenched my fist, ready to punch something.

“They’re not here anak . They’re also searching for your brother. I hope they find him soon,” she said, her voice anxious "Nasan sila ngayon ma?" tanong ko dito.

"Di nagsabi ang mga kapatid mo pero nag iikot sila sa boung lugar natin para hanapin ang kapatid mo sagot nito “Don’t worry, Mom. I’ll handle it. I’ll bring my brother back alive,” I assured her.

“Are you coming back to Spain now?” she asked, biting her lower lip. “Yes, Mom. I’ll be back safely ,kaya wag kang mag alala" I responded.

I sighed and said "Kakausapin ko lang yung ulol na yun” I glared. 

“What do you mean anak?” she asked, sounding confused.

“I’ll explain when I get back,” I said.

"Sige anak mag iingat ka" i nodded and ending the call. I quickly organized the files and documents I needed to take to Spain, especially the invalid business permits of that fvcking demon.

“Damn it! Cedrick. He’s pulling my brother into this mess. I’ll show him how Angelou deals with things. If he harms my brother , makikita mo talaga kung sino ang kinakalaban mong hayop ka” I said, loading my gun.

I took a deep breath. “Let’s see if you give up. I’m going to take down all your illegal operations,” I smirked. 

"Ngayon malaki na atraso mo sakin tingnan natin kung saan aabot yang galing mo" sabay ko nang pinasok ang baril sa bag ko.
