Basically Silver Wolf was like a connected so that she persuaded Dazai and Chuuya to get married while she was like 'ok should I tell him my feelings? But what abt my pride' that sort of thing. Then at the wedding the priest was like 'ok any objections' and she barged in and like 'me' to be met with its the plan to make her confess her feelings.
