Leni found herself staring at Bongbong from afar. He was staring at her as well, with phones stuck on their ears.
"I— wait. Paano—"
Bongbong cut Leni off. "Halika na! Bago pa tayo ma stranded. May isa pang chopper para kina Raffy. Come on!"
"O—okay. Sige!" She can hear the urgency in his voice.
Call ended.
She didn't know how to feel at that moment. She instructed Kit and Raffy regarding the separate chopper that will take them back to Manila. Kit just nodded and led the team. There were PSGs who approached them as well.
Leni went to Jorge. "I'll call you!"
Jorge nodded and held her hand. "I'll update you once nakaland na kami. Mag iingat ka."
She nodded. "Okay. Ingat din kayo. I'll see you there, hmm?"
He nodded and hugged her.
"Hintayin ko yung dinner." She uttered.
He smirked. "Sure. Bye!" He kissed her cheek.
She blushed.
Jessa cleared her throat. "Maam, naghihintay na po si BBM."
Leni looked at Jessa, "Yeah. Let's go."
Jorge let go of her hand and watched her walked away with Jessa.
Bongbong was obviously not in the mood when she came in. "Ang tagal! Bumabagyo na!"
She rolled her eyes, deciding not to fight with him.
They flew back to Manila. Jessa can feel the tension between Bongbong and Leni, she knew Bongbong was mad because of what he saw earlier.

It's been raining in Manila.
No. Scratch that.
It's typhoon Carina currently showing her strength particularly in MM. When Bongbong and Leni landed in Malacañang, the rain got heavier. She was now worried after seeing some clips and photos sent to their work chat group.
She was expecting another vehicle would take her to QC, to her condo, but no. They pulled over to the building of his condo. She was told to follow him inside.
"Wait, kailangan kong umuwi—"
"Nandito na tayo." He said as if stating the obvious.
She frowned, going inside his condo unit. "Marcos, wala sa ako mood makipagbiruan sayo. Bumabagyo nakikita mo ba? I need to go home and coordinate—"
"Coordinate with your staff. I know." He supplied. "Nandito na yung laptop mo. Niready na ni Jessa kanina pa bago kami lumipad para sunduin ka. Coordinate with your staff from here."
She was speechless for a moment. She then saw her laptop bag sitting on the couch.
"Besides, baha na sa QC. Di ka makakauwi. So, dito ka saakin uuwi." He said.
Her jaw dropped. A lot of stuff crossed her mind and one of them was, "Teka, paano— oh my god! Paano ako mag sstay dito kung wala akong damit?!"
He halted. He didn't know either. Hindi nya naisip yun before he flew to Tawi-Tawi to get her.
"Oh my god!" She facepalm herself after seeing his expression.
He thought of Jessa and immediately called her. He knew Jessa will always make things possible. In St. Jessa, we trust 🙏🏻
After a few minutes, Jessa came in with paper bags. "Nandito na po yung mga damit nyo, maam."
Leni was relieved. "Oh my god! Thank you so much, Jess!"
