It's been a week since Bongbong got sick. Now, he's back to work and still catching up to all his missed documents, canceled meetings, and speaking engagements. Leni was able to attend some events for him, but she needed to go back to Naga for her duties as well.
"Si Leni?" Bongbong asked as he rode the car going to his next event.
"Nasa Naga po, sir." Jessa replied.
"Tumawag ba sayo?" He asked again.
"Hindi po eh. Bakit po? Gusto nyo po bang makausap?" Jessa asked back.
He shook his head. "No, no. It's okay. Wala naman akong sasabihin."
Jessa just nodded. She glanced at him through the rear view mirror and noticed how his expression changed. She wondered what happened.

Leni finally finished arranging her documents and was about to leave the office. She checked her phone and replied to some messages before clocking out. She managed to greet some employees along the hallway of the city hall before she reached her car.
She checked her phone again before putting her seatbelt on, but there's no messages left. She sighed. She decided to drove around the city for almost 30 minutes before going home. She wanted to clear her mind.
It was already night time, she checked her phone again but there's no messages or missed calls from him or from Jessa. She tried to compose a message for him;
Hi! How are you? I'm in Naga right now. Di ko pa alam when ako babalik dyan.
She paused and reread her message. Ano naman pakialam nya kung nandito ako sa Naga? She thought and deleted the message.
She sighed and just decided to directly go to his contact information. Tawagan ko nalang kaya? Pero anong sasabihin ko? She thought, preventing herself from clicking the call icon.
She just sighed again and locked her phone. She just decided to sleep and call it a day.

Two weeks later.
Leni was all smiles (and teary) as she watched Gaile put on her wedding gown. They were all in Naga to witness Gaile and Howard's wedding in Basilica Church. They did some photoshoot together with the entourage in the hotel before going to the church.
"Tito!" Gaile exclaimed after seeing Bongbong came down the car.
Leni turned around and froze to see him there as well.
"Hi, Tito! Sakto po ang dating nyo kakastart palang po ng photoshoot." Gaile accommodated Bongbong right away.
"Okay." Bongbong nodded.
"Saglit lang naman po ito. Gusto ko lang po may picture tayo nina Tita Len." Gaile said.
Leni's eyes widened. She was informed that Bongbong will stood as one of the principal sponsors, but she didn't know about the photoshoot.
"Mayor, kayo na po." The photographer called Leni.
Leni was brought back to her reality. Everyone was now looking at her. She just nodded and went to Gaile's side.
They smiled for a few minutes before the photographer asked Bongbong to join as per Gaile's request.
Bongbong and Leni looked at each other before they stand properly. They gamely posed for some pictures with Gaile in the middle.
"Wow! Happy family!" The photographer commented after clicking the camera.
Gaile giggled. She liked it.
