"Daddy! Daddy!" Leni woke Bongbong up in the middle of his sleep.
"Hmm?" He woke up, trying to grasp what's happening. He looked at the clock—3am. "What happened?"
"Gusto ko kumain." She said.
He nodded, removing the blanket around his torso. "What do you want to eat?"
"Gusto ko ng puto bumbong." She uttered.
He halted and looked at her with smirking face. "Puto Bongbong ayaw mo?"
She glared at him. "Hindi ako natutuwa, Bongbong!"
He laughed and scooted towards her, trying to gave her some little kisses.
"Bong!!!" She pushed him away, clearly irritated.
"Okay! Okay! Sorry na po!" He surrendered with his two hands up.
She rolled her eyes as she slowly stood up from the bed. "Bilisan mo na! Gusto ko na kumain!"
"Tatawag ako sa palasyo para makagawa—"
She cut him off. "Noo! I don't like that!"
He frowned, pausing from tapping his phone. "I thought you want puto bumbong?"
"Ehhh ayaw ko nga! Gusto ko yung mga puto bumbong na binebenta sa labas ng mga simbahan! Naiinis na naman ako sayo!" She whined.
"Okay, okay! Uh I'll just change my clothes tapos lalabas na 'ko!" He hurriedly went to their walk-in closet.
"Sasama ako! Gusto ko lumabas!" She said, following him.
"Okay boss!" He answered.
His security was confused of why the first couple went out of their room not wearing their sleeping clothes. They were then notified by Bongbong that they're going out to search for puto bumbong. The PSGs immediately got why, suggesting places where they could find them.
"BBM!"
"LENI!"
"Hala si BBM at VP Leni!"
Everyone was obviously surprised to see the two went out of the car together especially at that hour. Bongbong and Leni just nodded and smiled at them as they approached the stalls selling the famous kakanin.
"Magandang gabi po! Pabili po kami nitong puto bumbong nyo." Bongbong approached the vendor.
"Ilang order po sir?" The vendor asked, thrilled to have the President and the former VP.
Bongbong turned to count all his security then added him and Leni, "22 orders po."
The vendor nodded and swiftly made the orders. While some of the vendors approached the two for pictures which they agreed. Some church goers were ecstatic to see the two as well.
"Dad, gusto ko madaming cheese." Leni pouted, hugging Bongbong's arm.
Bongbong nodded and talked to tge vendor again. "Mag extra cheese po kami para sa isang order."
The vendor nodded. "Sige po, sir."
Bongbong paid for all the orders before getting the first two for them. He turned to Leni who's excited to get her puto bumbong, "Dun tayo sa loob ng sasakyan kumain para comfortable ka."
She nodded, beaming.
They went inside the car. He gave her the food which she immediately consumed.
"Dahan-dahan naman, hon." He jested. She just ignored him. "Bili kitang water, dito ka lang." he said.
She just nodded. "Daddy, bili mo pa 'kong bibingka."
