3rd person POV:

Taehyung was laying on the bed with his back turned towards the other side as he does most nights, ever since he returned home early from work. He was trying to sleep but he couldn't as tears dripped down his eyes without stopping ever since he laid down after changing his clothes.

He hadn't locked the door so seonghee had opened the door a few hours ago to ask him if he wanted dinner, he had said he wasn't hungry but he might eat it later if he gets hungry and it was past midnight now and he still wasn't but he could feel himself tensing up as he hurriedly wiped his eyes when he felt the other side of the bed dipping indicating his wife had gotten in bed to sleep as well.

This just made his tears drip down more, at a faster pace that he had to bite his hand in order to not let out a sob that seonghee could hear.

This was exactly why he hated coming home early from work, he always got too much in his head when he didn't have anything to do. Mostly when he would come back late, he would help his wife do the dishes and stuff because no matter how their relationship was, helping her in doing some household work was the least he could do when she too, worked in the morning as a kindergarten teacher. But today, despite not working much, he didn't have energy, he felt drained.

Right now too, he was getting too much in his head, that it was getting hard to keep his cries at bay. He tried his best to hold it in for a while before a heartwrenching sob left his chest, if seonghee heard him she didn't say anything. Soon, he got up to sit down, and turned to face the woman who had her back to him but it seemed she was sound asleep.

His throat felt dry, he should've gotten up immediately but he couldn't bring himself to as he sobbed loudly, unable to hold himself up. All he could do was sit there with his head in his hands as he looked back at his wife for a second but he couldn't do so for too long, feeling disgusted in himself the more he stared at her.

After some time, when he felt like all his tears had dried up, after he felt like he couldn't cry anymore he finally managed to get up and left the room but not without sparing one glance at his seemingly sleeping wife.
