It's been an hour since I've started checking all the files and documents of the company, and yes! It's my first day of working here!
Anna, Ann, Anne, or whatever she likes me to call her showed me everywhere, and now I'm in my own office sitting in my chair, working with my laptop and doing some paperwork, good, isn't it? Although it may seem boring at first, but, I know I'm getting used to it soon.
Fortunately, I haven't seen Katrina cause I know seeing her makes me act all weird again, having red blushing on my cheeks and messing up my day, so...
No.
I'm not gonna ruin it today.
I lean back in my chair, whispering to myself.-

"Today is my day."
Then I close my eyes for a moment.

"Pull up yourself, Clara." I whispered again.

Then I start to look down at myself, looking at my clothing today for my first day of work.
I'm wearing a white blouse and a black pencil skirt, I wanted it to seem formal and I thought it was suitable but now I guess my black skirt is a bit... too short.

I turn and look at my watch, I think it's break time.
And just before I raise my head, suddenly the shadow of a man appears on my office desk.
I raised my head and looked at a man who was staring at me with a smile, with his brown eyes and blonde hair staring at me while he was standing with his hands on his chest.
He was attractive and so damn good-looking, God! Why is everyone here so sexy?!

"Hey, newcomer, how is it going?."'-
He said with a grin on his lips, and then he started to look all over the paperwork and held some of them in his hands, reading them. He started to frown and focus on them.
It was as if he was controlling everything and seeing if I was doing well or not.

"Umm... sorry for the interruption, but may I ask for your name, sir?" I said with a smile.

He puts the paper away and looks at me again.

"Oh, how rude of me! Excuse me, darling, I'm Liam Andrews, the manager of this department."
His tone with laughing was kinda hot.
Wait-
FUCK!!! HE IS MY FUCKING BOSS!!! He's the manager of my damn department!

"I'm sorry, Mr. Andrews!!! I didn't kno-"

Suddenly he started to laugh and didn't let me finish my sentence.

I bit my lips and was looking at him.

"Darling, relax, that's my problem, I should've come to that celebration so you could recognize me and we could meet, Anna told me we have a new employee but I couldn't make it that night, so welcome, and nice to meet you, sweetheart."

Darling?...

He was right actually, I got to know most of the people working here that night but he wasn't there, but there again it's good to see him.

"Nice to meet you too Mr. Andrews."
I said with a smile.

"Oh dear feel free, just call me Liam."
He gets that grin again, I think we're too close.-

"Would you like to have some coffee with me? If you're not gonna work during your break time."
He said and leaned against the wall.

I nodded with a smile.

He poured two mugs of coffee and handed one of them to me, the one with "I love RubyJade" written on it.

"Thanks." I said.
He came near me and leaned the wall as I did.

"So, tell me about yourself."
He smiled as if he was willing to hear everything and was excited to know me.
