I don't know why I accepted her offer to have dinner with her tonight, I was supposed to keep the damn distance I made with so much difficulty, she always finds a way to get close to me, and it's not like I know the reason why she wants to be even near me, or even Liam, they're both acting odd.

But it's not like I have a problem with having a normal dinner with my boss, Lizzy told me not to get close to her, so everyone does, but I think she's not that scary or terrific that everyone sees her as is.
She just wants to be understanding, just like a normal human, maybe she has some...
I don't know.
I'm supposed not to judge her as I told her back then.

Lizzy is not here, she left last night and I'm just wearing my normal clothes for tonight.

I don't know how I'm calling it normal clothing while I'm wearing a white blouse that reveals my black underwear with my favorite black jeans and a belt.
I'm thinking about wearing my black boots with them but I don't want to sound this boyish, it's not like I'm a tomboy or anything else, by the way... Katrina likes feminine style I think.
For sure.

"Fine, I'm ready now."
I stare at my phone and it's exactly 8
I see Katrina texted me.
"I'm here dear."

"Dear"
Yeah, that's what she called me, but I got used to it cause she called me "dear" almost several times at work.

I go and open the window then, I see Katrina standing out of her black fancy car and...
She's staring at me with a smile.

"Oh! Shit!"
I don't know why I pulled the curtains, I could smile at her back, that was too embarrassing.
I must go now.

I got in the car and tried not to blush while Katrina's staring at me and had her charming and devilish smile.

"I'm glad you could make it."
She said.

"Well, I couldn't miss it either."
I said and finally, smiled at her.

Now we're at London's famous restaurant CORD by Le Cordon Bleu if I'm not wrong, everything here is too fancy.
Something makes me feel like I'm out on a date, I just want to figure out what's going on in Katrina's mind now, she's just staring at the menu or talking to the waiters.
Is she nervous? But she doesn't show it, no.
It's not like her to be nervous.

Right now the only person who is fucked up nervous is only me.
And on the contrary, she's calm with her smile again, I don't know what makes her smile to be that bright or how can she keep it for this long.

"You seem busy with overthinking, I would love to hear some of them."
Katrina said while she put away the menu.

"I... I was just thinking about what made us have this special dinner together."
I said and tried to be calm, I don't think she wants to talk about work here, while everything seemed to be too romantic for an employee with her boss, I think there will be lots of rumors about Katrina and me after this dinner.

"Let me guess, you're worried about the rumors, am I right?"
She said laughing.

Yes, I'm worried about the horrible rumors all about "You" and not "Us".

"Well, of course, it's kinda strange you're not worried about it, actually, you seem not to care about them."
I said and put my hand on the table.

"You're smart and right, I don't care about any rumors but, let me ask this one, "Do you?"
