No... I shouldn't have trusted him. It's just been a month since I met him... Why did I trust him so easily? How stupid could I be? "GET INSIDE, MISTER FERRARI!" I screamed at him. He looked genuinely distraught, but he was here with my old family's daughter?! He reached for my wrist, trying to come closer, to hug me, but I kept pushing him away. Tears streamed down his face, not mine. "Please listen," he kept begging, falling to his knees, desperately trying to reach me.

"No, Mister Ferrari, it was my fault! I shouldn't have trusted you," I said, shoving him away again. Nemesis closed the balcony door, drawing the curtains so no one could see us. "Stop it, Dante!" I screamed at him. An old man emerged from the shadows, noticing the two of us. Dante was clutching my gown, refusing to let go. "Please, just let me explain," he begged, oblivious to the old man's presence.

"I see you're dying for her," the old man said. I recognized his voice, but from where? His face was vaguely familiar too.

"Who are you?" I asked, confused. There was a slight resemblance to Dante.

"Father, get out," Dante said harshly, hiding his face in my gown.

"I'm Dante's father, the head of the Italian mafia," the old man announced.

"You died years ago for me," Dante said angrily.

"Quiet, kid," the old man snapped, striking Dante's back with his cane.

"Hey! Old man! Stop hurting my boyfriend!" I yelled. The old man laughed and pulled a gun on me.

"Watch who you're pointing that gun at," I warned.

"Oh, I feel like there's an idiot on the other end of the gun," his father said, smirking.

"Which end?" I retorted, matching his smirk. Dante smirked too.

"Shut up, child. I'll make sure you feel no pain when I shoot you," he threatened.

"Lick my ass. You'd beg for revival after you load it," I shot back, acting crazily defiant. He put the gun away.

"Dante, you chose the right girl," his dad said rudely.

"Stronzo," I spat, calling him an 'asshole.' He ignored me and left.

"Get up, Dante," I ordered. He obeyed, standing up and pulling me into a hug. I didn't want to hurt him. I wrapped my arms around his neck.

"You are my one and only babe... You are mine, you are the only one I love," he whispered.

"Damn you," I whispered back in his ear, feeling the complexity of our situation weigh heavily on my heart.
