A set of shiny metal keys gathered in a chain swung around Chris' finger as he strolled down a hallway of empty jail cells, wearing a police uniform. He came to a stop in front of a random cell.

"Last time on Total Drama Action!" Chris opened as scenes from the previous episode were shown. "Gwen and Trent finally broke up after taking a swig of 'moonshine' in our Wild West challenge. Chef's cooking got a whole lot tastier for reasons unknown. And Justin formed an alliance with everyone on his team, excluding Tyler. Wow, that guy sure does get around, eh? Poor Tyler was totally out of the loop when it happened too, while Heather tried desperately, and failed, to seduce him and make Lindsay forget all about Justin. In the end, the Gaffers beat the Grips, who sent poor, sad, miserable Trent packing."

The footage cut back to Chris. "The Wild West days are over, and with a warrant out for these campers' arrest, it won't be long till they're locked in the slammer! Will Duncan and Gwen make out? Will Tyler and Justin crash out? Will DJ survive another day of Chef's torturous bootcamp? Find out all this and more on the most exciting episode yet of Total! Drama! Action!"

The blank, night sky displayed the greatest array of stars this film lot had seen in years. No studio lights polluted the visibility of the cosmos. The sky was full of stars, that all glittered and glistened in their own special ways. The only one there to see it was Gwen, sitting against a tree as she watched the sky and held a book in her lap. Duncan watched her from his trailer, sitting on his bed with his homework in his arms.

"Man, I wish I didn't sleep through all those geometry classes. This stuff is hard!" Owen complained, scratching his head while looking down at his papers.

Cody approached him and sat down on his bed with him, pointing at the work. "See, you're doing this all wrong. You have to carry the one, Owen."

"Where does the one even come from!? Why is he hiding? Come on out, little guy!" Owen shouted at his paper, scrubbing at it with his finger.

Cody tiredly raised a brow.

DJ blinked as he tapped his pen to his paper, his eyes baggy and sleepy. Harold walked up behind him and snapped his fingers in his face, waking him up. He then crouched down to his level and pulled out a magnifying glass. DJ looked visibly annoyed. "I see... You got about half of them wrong, half of them right."
