"Last time on Total Drama Action!" Chris opened as scenes from the previous episode were shown. "Sixteen campers from our first season arrived at the Waning Bros Film Lot to compete for one million dollars. The only problem was a three-hundred foot, man-eating robot controlled by Chef Hatchet who also wanted the prize for himself. Luckily, Geoff and Bridgette were able to work together and achieve victory. However, Geoff's guilt over his kiss with Gwen at his party gnawed at him enough to allow Bridgette and the girls the better trailer accommodations."

"Will DJ take more of Chef's crap? Will Gwen get found out by everyone else? And how much longer until I get my first Gemmy award? All... Most of these questions will be answered on tonight's dramatic episode of Total! Drama! Action!"

"Attention!" Chef yelled in DJ's face, his spit spewing onto the poor teenager as he sat on a bucket in the deranged cook's kitchen, a mop in his hand.

"I already was listening! What is this all about? Haven't you tortured me enough?" DJ questioned, his voice high and fearful.

"It's never enough! Not until you stop hating me, and start falling in love with your new step-daddy. Like your Momma. Do you understand?" Chef poked his protégé in the chest.

DJ winced in disgust, looking away.

"Well, do you!?" Chef roared.

"S-Sure, sure..." DJ replied, rubbing his arm awkwardly.

"I see a lot of myself in DJ..." Chef lowered his voice. "and between you and me, I didn't get much of a payday between season one and two. That boy has it all: strong social game, strong features, big fanbase, a decent head on his shoulders... Now all he needs is a strong, brutish, masculine figure in his life to toughen him up. I plan on being that figure."

Chef paced in front of DJ once more, hands behind his back. His watch showed that it was 5:00 AM. "Listen up, and listen up good, 'cause I'm only gonna go over this once: me and your Momma are gonna have a great, dazzling, beautiful life together. But I don't necessarily have enough money for the wedding right now..."
