Wearing a black-and-blue striped suit, top hat, and loafers that rested upon the surface of a table, Chris laid against a fancy-looking chair within a darkly lit room, a tommy gun in his hand and a candle lit beside him. "Last time on Total Drama Action!" Chris opened as scenes from the previous episode were shown. "Things got dangerous! Owen broke his jaw on Chef's unpublished manifesto, who, by the by, was in big trouble and had to wear a chicken suit per his new contract. The Gaffers were painfully awkward around each other after a big fight from the previous episode, up until their lives were on the line and they were close to drowning. Hey, they made it in the end, didn't they?"

"LeShawna confessed that she lied all along about crying her eyes out during our hospital challenge, meanwhile Beth finally snapped out of her Justin trance and joined the dark side with Lindsay and Izzy. And lastly, Duncan and Gwen kissed and made up."

Cocking his gun, Chris grinned at the camera with Chef, now wearing his normal outfit, delivered a plate of lasagne at the table. Chris turned to him and flashed a grin. "My compliments to the chef."

Chef rolled his eyes and walked away. Chris tossed the gun and clapped his hands, sitting up straight toward the camera. "Things might even get more dangerous than last time! So stay tuned in, stay aware, and don't touch that remote for more Total! Drama! Action!"

In the girls' trailer, Izzy was the only conscious woman in the room, jumping out of her bed in her pyjamas with a yawn and a big cat-like stretch. She proceeded toward Lindsay's bed, the blonde in question snoring with her arms wrapped around a lump under her fluffy blankets. "Ooookay, Lindsay. It's six A:M and everyone else is knocked out. Perfect time for strategisi- uwaahhh!"

As she yanked back the covers, she found Beth's head laying flat beside the covers, her eyes shut and her retainer spilling out of her mouth.

Lindsay stirred awake and looked down at Beth, squeezing her. "Aww, isn't she so cute when she's my bestie?"

Beth blinked, yawning before turning over to face Lindsay. "Good morning, bestie."

"Good morning to you, Bethstie."
