I LIKE YOU SAM

Today is mehndi function:
Anushka, Sam and others are getting ready. Sam is talking casually with nithya in her room and then suddenly the door opened revealing pallavi.
Pallavi: IAM BACKKKK... (she said loudly and came near to them with a smile)
Sam: oh, finally you are here.
They both shared a hug and then nithya and pallavi hugged each other.
Pallavi: I missed you guys.(pout)
Nithya: we missed you too.
Sam: I think, you became skinny.
Nithya: yeah, she is really.
Pallavi: is it? (Checking herself)
Nithya: Are you dieting because of Nani? (Teasing tone)
Pallavi blushed and said
Pallavi: ofcourse not.
Sam: btw how is your relationship going with Nani? When are you two getting married?
Pallavi: It's great. Our both families agreed for marriage. May be, we will get married after 1 or 2 years.(shy)
Sam: that's good to hear.
Pallavi: but Iam missing him badly. (Looking down)
Nithya: don't worry, you will meet him soon.
Pallavi nodded while nithya and sam looked at each other and smiled.

Now Anushka and others are applying mehndi on their hands including sam.
Pallavi's pov:
Now iam doing some decorations with flowers in Sam's house. While doing, I looked at my left side.
Nani waved his hand, I also waved at him and shift my gaze to front then realization hit me. I again looked at that side but he is nowhere. Am I missing him that much that iam hallucinating him now? I shrugged off my thoughts and continued doing my work.
After sometime, I heard Nani voice and I looked at him.
Nani: Hi love, need help? (He is smiling towards me)
Pallavi: Are you really here?
Sam: pallavi, come here.
I looked at her and said
Pallavi: yeah, coming. (Then I looked at front but nani again disappeared. I searched for him all around but can't find him. "It must be my imagination" i thought and went to sam)
Pallavi: Sam, did you invite Nani?
Sam looked at nithya and they secretly smiled at each other.
Sam: no, why would I invite him to mehndi function? I will invite him to Sangeeth.
(I nodded and iam applying mehndi to my hands now. After sometime, I looked at groom's family members then i saw the unexpected person "Mahesh Anna". He is looking at sam more like admiring her. I looked at sam and asked confusingly.)
Pallavi: Sam, what is Mahesh Anna doing here?
Sam looked at mahesh coldly and said
Sam: he is groom's brother.
Pallavi: really? Why didn't you tell me before?
Sam/nithya: you didn't ask.
Pallavi: How can I ask- wait that means Nani is really here?
Sam laughed and said "yes".
Then I saw Nani is talking with Mahesh Anna. I went near them.
Pallavi: hi Mahesh Anna, how are you? (Smile)
Mahesh: iam fine, what about you? (Smile)
Pallavi: pretty good.

Then I glared at Nani and went away from there. Nani followed me.
Nani: Pallavi wait.
Pallavi: don't follow me. (I keep walking to the terrace until he stopped me by holding my hand)
Nani: please iam sorry. I just wanted to surprise you. (He smiled then I too smiled and hugged him tightly)
