Confession

~ Time skip ~
Sam finished her 11th class exams while Mahesh finished his 12th exams today. From tomorrow, there are holidays for 11th class completed students but 12th class students have to come for preparation of NEET/EAMCET exams. In these months Sam and mahesh became so close that much as Sam can't even imagine a life without Mahesh now.

~ In canteen ~
Pallavi: WHAT? (She shouted because of the bomb Sam blasted while nithya slowly eating her ice cream as it is not botheredher a little.)
Sam: shh, 🤫 why are you shouting?
Pallavi: nithya, did I hear right? Check my ears once.
Nithya: you heard it right.
Sam: yes, I really love Mahesh.
Pallavi: I can't believe it. How? When?
Sam: I Don't how? But I realized my feelings in kerala trip.
Pallavi: oho(teasing) but why are you so calm nithya? Did you know it already?
Nithya: I guessed it already at trip only when she said she has crush on someone.
Sam: really? Is it that obvious?
Nithya: not really. But I guessed it as iam a smart girl. (She said flipping hair)
Sam laughed and said
Sam: ok now I want to confess my feelings. What do you think?
Nithya: It's a great idea.
Pallavi: It's good but I don't know if Mahesh Anna is really into these things. As far as I know about him, he just want to become a doctor now.
Nithya: so what? He can still become doctor even being in a relationship. Sam don't think too much, I think he also likes you. So just go and directly confess him. It's now or never.
Pallavi: yes, you should confess your feeling no matter what.
Sam: thank you guys. (She said with a wide smile)

Mahesh came to his class teacher's office.
Mahesh: mam, you called me? (He said with a smile)
Teacher: sit down mahesh. (She said sternly) how did you write exams?
Mahesh: I think i did well mam. (Smile)
Teacher: do you think you can do well in NEET with your current state?
Mahesh smile faded and asked
Mahesh: what do you mean mam?
Teacher: what do I mean? Did you see your performance from last 2 months? Do you think you can get a good rank with this performance?
Mahesh looked down and said "sorry".
Teacher sighed and said
Teacher: Don't say sorry to me Mahesh, say it to yourself. I know your goal and with this grade you can't enter into a best medical university. So atleast from now on, try to improve yourself. I know you can get yourself back, don't let anything distract you, ok?
Mahesh: ok I will work hard mam. I promise, I will get seat in a best medical university.
Teacher nodded and mahesh excused himself

Mahesh pov:
I got out of her office room and stand at the corridor watching the view.

*do you think you can do well in NEET with your current state?*

*I know your goal and with this grade you can't enter into a best medical university.*

*don't let anything distract you, ok?*

*I promise, I will get seat in a best medical university.*

These are the thoughts lingering around my mind now. Iam very frustrated right now. Suddenly someone tapped my shoulder from back and I turned to see it is "sam".
Mahesh: what? (Cold tone)
Sam: How did you write exams?
Mahesh: good.
(And I started walking from there)
Sam: Mahesh wait, I need to talk to you. (She said and again stopped me)
Mahesh: please Samantha not now.
Sam: no, please. I have to tell you something.
(I sighed deeply calming down not to burst out on her.)
Mahesh: ok say what you want to say.
She is hesitating to talk, I got even more irritated then I said
Mahesh: Are you going to say or not? If not, iam going.
I started walking until
Sam: I LOVE YOU MAHESH. (she said quite loudly)
Mahesh thoughts: i got freeze at my spot. what? Did she said she loves me?
I don't know what to feel right now. Somewhere I feel happy but my anger took over me thinking about my goal. And this is my biggest distraction which I don't want to happen but..
