she called him being worried but he never answered. Being helpless, sad, frustrated, she laid on her bed. Staring her mobile in hope that he will call back or atleast text her but she only got disappointment and she fell into sleep like that unknowingly.

--Meanwhile--
There Mahesh who is sad and broken with the unexpected words of his love, sitting on a bench at the top of the spot, staring at the bright city lights below. A cold breeze brushed against him, making him shiver slightly, but he didn’t seem to mind, he lost in his own thoughts.

~ Mahesh pov ~
Here Iam sitting on a bench in my favorite place. I always Come to this place whenever I feel sad and whenever I missed Sam before. This place gives me comfort and I can feel peaceful here.

*stop being overprotective.*
*Maybe I don't want you to care too much*
*it's- it's suffocating.*

These words of Sam kept lingering in my mind and a lone tear fell from my eye unknowingly. I took the Coke tin beside me and took a sip when I heard my name calling from a familiar person behind me. I didn't look back and fixed my gaze on the night city lights.

Nani: Mahesh.. (He called and sat beside him), what are you doing here at this time? what happened? (He asked with Concern)

Mahesh: Sorry, I bothered you by calling you here. But I just wanted someone to accompany me.

Nani: It's ok, Mahesh. Iam always here for you. Tell me what happened?

~ Mahesh's pov ~

I let out a deep sigh, still staring at the city lights.

Mahesh: Sam... she said my care was suffocating her."
(My voice was barely above a whisper, but I knew Nani heard it.)

Nani stayed silent for a moment before speaking.

Nani: Do you think she really meant it?

I shook my head.
Mahesh: I don't know... maybe she was just frustrated, but hearing those words from her— (I swallowed the lump in my throat) It hurt, Nani. I never thought my love, my care, would be a burden to her.
