They went back to the medical camp only to find the villagers weren't there, "where is everyone?" Lucy asked looking around confused. Jasmine walked into a tent to see if anyone was there, but when there was no one there, she went to leave, but Gray entered and stopped her, "I think we need to talk" he said, "no we don't" Jasmine said about to walk past him but he stopped her, "let me through" she said but Gray wasn't moving, "no I won't, you saved my life twice, you confess your in love with me and now your being distant with me," he explained making Jasmine look away, "Jasmine, I feel the sam-" he began but she stopped him, "no!" she yelled, "I don't want to know how you feel about me, I don't need to know, because no matter what we can't be together!" she finished, and Gray was shocked as what she was saying, "then why tell me how you felt" he said getting angry, "you were going to die, it was a spur of the moment" Jasmine said pacing around the tent, "so you didn't mean what you said?" he asked, Jasmine looked into his eyes and saw he was hurting, "I would do anything to protect my friends at Fairy Tail, I would burn the world if it meant all of you were safe," she said as tears fell down her cheeks, "I didn't move, I didn't move when Lisanna was in danger, and when I finally did it was too late, and she died in my arms whilst Mira was screaming next to me, and no one blamed me" she whimpered, Gray then took a step forward, "because it wasn't your fault" he tried to say but she shook her head, "that's what everyone says to me, but no one can feel the pain I feel, I know I could have saved her, but I didn't because I was scared and weak, if I couldn't protect someone I cared about, how can I protect someone I love" she said looking down. 

"Jasmine I need you to look at me" he said walking up to her and putting a hand on her cheek, she then looked straight into his eyes, "you are not weak, you are a strong, loving and caring wizard," he said, "Gray please" Jasmine whimpered trying to push him away, "no you will listen to me, from the first day you walked into the guild with Erza at your side, something about you drew me in, yes I grew up thinking you hated me, but it never stopped me from growing feelings towards you," he said making Jasmine confused, "if you thought I hated you then how could you have feelings for me" she said, he then smiled at her, "because you taught me how to be stronger, all those fights we had as kids taught me how to use my magic better, I used to watch you around the guild hall, slowly seeing you smile, I will admit it was hard for me to see you become close to Natsu and Lisanna, but seeing you smile and laugh with them brought me joy, and fighting with you, well I was happy just to be near you," he said and Jasmine couldn't help but stare in awe, "I herd your conversation with Lucy, I know you pretended to hate me, your past is your story to tell in your own time, but let me ease your pain," he said slowly leaning in, but she pushed him back and kept him at arms length, "I can't" she said not looking up at him, "whatever feelings you have for me, you need to forget them, because after this job is done, I'll be leaving again" she said putting her arms down, "what!? But you have only just come home!" he yelled, "I only came back so all of you could see I was alive and well, my plan was to drag Natsu and Lucy back to the guild and I would have been on my way, but then I got stuck on this island" she said making him angry and upset, "no" he said in a low voice, "what?" Jasmine said looking at him, but before she could say anything else, he had grabbed her and kissed her. When he pulled away, he could see her eyes were wide with shock, "I'm not going to let you leave again, you belong with Fairy Tail, with your friends, with me" he said as his grip tightened around her shoulders, "Jasmine?" they herd Erza say from outside the tent, Jasmine got out of Gray's grip and walked outside, "yeah?" she said to her, "we know where the villagers are, we should get moving" Erza said as Gray walked out the tent too, "really? Where are they?" Jasmine asked her.

They had found the villagers, but they were back at the village, and it was looking brand new, "how did it get back to normal?" Jasmine asked remembering the acid jelly attack. "What's going on here, every thing is back to how it was, it's like the village went back in time" Natsu said knocking his fist against one of the buildings, "now that it's fixed maybe you shouldn't touch anything" Lucy said to him, "are you saying I destroy everything I touch?!" Natsu yelled, "pretty much" Jasmine said walking past them making Lucy giggle, Gray watched as Jasmine walked towards Erza, they started talking about something that looked serious, but he was interrupted when the chief of the village started to yell, "when are you going to destroy the moon!" he yelled catching Erza's and Jasmine's attention, they both nodded to each other and Erza walked towards him, "destroying the moon will be a simple task sir" Erza said to him, "what the? Did she just say that with a straight face?" Gray said, "but before we do anything, we need to ask some questions, would you please gather everyone for a meeting?" Jasmine asked him, the chief agreed, "Jasmine are you crazy?" Natsu said gripping her arm, "shush" Jasmine said walking away.
