Evacuation

Deku frowned as he held Ochako in his arms, kissing the top of her head as he sighed at the ground. He felt their child moving inside of her, and he smiled weakly. At least in there it was easy to protect them. He looked at Katsuki with a sigh. They were going through, discussing what everyone saw. It was awful. Dead relatives calling for their loved ones to join them on the other side, family members crying for help in dangerous locations. It was also weird though, for the most part, it seemed that the villain had wanted the heroes dead. With him and Ochako.. It seemed that it wanted to play with them. He was reminded of Toga before she turned over a new leaf. He sighed as he stood up when it was his turn.

"The villain said it slept with my wife, that they loved her more than I did.. It implied they're the father of my unborn child and told me I wished my child would die. They said they hoped Ochako died so that theycould use my baby against me." Deku whimpered "And than told me something Ochako told them in confidence." He wiped his eyes "theydid all of this posing as me."
Bakugo sighed "I'm sorry to ask, Deku, but what did Ochako tell it in confidence?"
"That she thought all of the parental stuff would fall to her.. That I wouldn't make time for my child. Sh-she was scared. I can't-"
Katsuki sighed "We'll talk later, okay?"
Deku nodded, "Thank you Kacchan." he sighed, he knew it was far from the worst thing that people had seen. Katsuki had seen his husband on an embalming table getting his body carved up by gloved hands as he screamed for help. Denki and Jiro had seen their son buried alive in an undisclosed location, slowly suffocating. But he didn't have the luxury of knowing none of it was real and everything was okay. But than it wasn't, because they all really were facing a significant threat.

Bakugo sighed "So.. Deku and his family are the primary targets." he sighed, he was trying to think of what would motivate a villain to do this to a city of people. There were a few, but with his limited information, it was impossible to narrow it down.

"Villain of this magnitude. I think we need to start thinking of ways to get civilians out."

Deku frowned "You think that's necessary?"
"This thing has personal information about every pro hero in the city, enough of it to have any of us on our knees in a second. I cannot imagine what it can do to civilians."

Deku nodded, "I guess that makes sense." he looked at Ochako sadly, he was worried about her, but he also knew that she couldn't go anywhere. She seemed to be the villain's main target. What was he doing? He was using his wife and unborn child as bait. No, that wasn't true, because if she sent her away from him, that would only make her easier to prey on. He could only protect her if she was with him, and she was a pro hero. She couldn't really evacuate with the civilians. He kissed the top of her head.

"So what? Are we doing it tonight or tomorrow?"
"I think we should do it immediately." Katsuki sighed, "can't give it a chance to think of anything."

Deku nodded his head "Alright well, let's get boots on the ground." He stood up, helping Ochako to her feet too.

"Send out an evacuation notice. I want Chargebolt, Uravity and Deku at the exit points, everyone else going door to door. Ingenium, I'm giving you blocks 11-16. I'll take blocks 1 through 5. Headphone Jack, I will give you time to decide what you're going to do with the kid." It went on for a while like that. Everyone had a job, which was nice.. It helped keep everyone's mind off of what had happened. Deku sighed
"I love you Uraraka."
"I love you too Dekukun." He sighed as he opened the car door for Uraraka and watched her sit down, kissing her head before driving to the exit point of the city Bakugo assigned to them. He sighed
"At least he isn't separating us." Deku wasn't sure if he would be able to take it if they were separated with a threat like this out there. He sighed, getting out of the car with his wife and starting a night of getting civilians out of Mustutafu safely. Hopefully it would go without incident, but it seemed unlikely. His danger sense had started going off as soon as he left Mitsuki's house. The first car that passed through flinched when they saw Deku, odd, he thought, but he supposed his reputation wasn't the best right now, but after a few cars, he sighed,

"Ocha, do you mind standing by the cars instead? I think I'm scaring people."

Ochako frowned that was weird, but she nodded, going to stand between Deku and the other cars. She frowned when the first car stopped, leaning down and waving at them.

"Hi! What do you need?"

"Uravity?"
"Yeah. Deku is back there if you-"

"No! Uh.. No I just thought you died."
"Oh well. No. I'm alive and well! I'm healthy, baby's healthy."

The woman nodded her head "Alright. Well that's good! Why are we evacuating than?"

"There is a large scale threat to Musutafu, and we are trying to keep the casualties down."

The woman nodded as she drove out of Musutafu. Ochako frowned, why did that woman think she was dead? She sighed, she had bigger concerns right now. The next few hours were pretty uneventful, people went through without incident. That was until Deku grabbed Ochako by her shoulder, and pushed her backwards, his danger sense was picking up something, but he couldn't figure out where the danger was coming from, he couldn't see anything. The road beneath the car she was checking on blew up, Deku frowned, pushing the car off the road and getting the family out of the car. He frowned when the child in the backseat shrunk away from his grasp. He had a Deku carseat, but he supposed, maybe this little boy just needed his parents. He sighed, "I don't want to scare your kid. If you don't mind getting him out of the car and taking him to my wife. She will administer any necessary first aid."
"Uravity is alive?"

"Yes. She is right there on the side of the road." he waved to her and she waved back, she looked fine. Thank goodness. He frowned, he had pushed her out of the way. His danger sense was to protect civilains. Ochako could take care of herself.. He should have focused on keeping this family safe from the blast, not his capable pro hero wife. He sighed, Ochako was fine. His baby was fine. This family was fine. It was okay. He just needed to be sure not to do it again. He looked at the family and smiled at them.

The mother held her trembling child in her arms, "See? Uravity is just fine, Deku even pushed her out of the way so that she wouldn't get hurt."

Deku frowned, what did that mean "Miss? I'm sorry, but do you mind telling me what you're referring to?"

"The public announcement. Went all across the city."
"About Ochako being pregnant?"
"No." The woman frowned, handing the child to her husband and sighing "the one where you said nothing would get in the way of your hero career, and than tied Uravity to a chair and cut her uterus out."
Deku winced, "I-I'm sorry you saw that miss, I'm really really sorry your son saw it. I assure you, I would never ever do that to my wife. You should go join your family."

"Thank you Deku."
"You're welcome."

Deku hugged himself, he tried to keep himself from thinking about what she described, but he couldn't stop. The smell of blood, the sounds of her begging, and than screaming. It brought him to his knees, after throwing up on his boots. He looked at the ground where the bomb had been, he sighed, it would be hard to get cars through now, but not impossible. He should probably call the other exit points to see if they had problems. He grabbed his megaphone

"Everyone. We will be facing a minor delay. I apologize, but I need to check on the other exit points." Once Ochako finished administering first aide to the family she sighed, looking at their car.

"Dekukun?"
"Yeah?"
"Their car is toast."
"I know."
"so.. can they just have ours?"
Deku nodded, "Yes. Good idea."

The father frowned "We couldn't possibly-"
"No. take it." Deku sighed, "I was planning to get a new one for the baby anyways. Get to safety."

Ochako nodded, kissing his cheek with a sigh. Deku knew things were going to get worse before they got worse, but at least he had his Ocha to get through it with.

"Think you can get everyone over the ravine?"
"Yeah."
"Okay. I'm going to call the other exits."
