Deku and Ochako drove to Mitsuki's house in silence, Ochako tried to take Deku's hand, but he kept pulling it away. He was devastated, but he also knew he couldn't really be angry with her.. She hadn't been wrong. She was sacrificing more than him with this pregnancy, and more was going to change for her than for him, but after everything he went through with Shigaraki, he liked to think he wouldn't let himself repeat Nana's mistakes. He supposed there was no way for him to be sure. It was arrogant to assume he wouldn't, he supposed. He would need to be careful, the fact that even his own wife was worried about him being negligent to the point of endangering the world hurt more than anything he had experienced. He didn't know what to do about it. He parked his car with a sigh.

Ochako looked at him sadly "Dekukun I-"
He shook his head "It's fine. Let's just go."

Ochako nodded her head sadly, going to Mitsuki's house, Deku following close behind. She knocked on the door, and smiled weakly when Mitsuki answered the door.
Mrs. Bakugo! H-Hi." Ochako smiled

Mitsuki nodded, letting Deku and Ochako in "Congratulations you two."
"Thank you." they both said with forced smiles as they made their way into her living room where every pro hero in Musutafu had been asked to gather.

Shoto walked up to them with a sigh, he looked down at Uraraka's stomach and smiled slightly. He had been at the party where they announced Ochako was expecting, but they had both been so busy the whole time he hadn't wanted to bother them by talking to them. He wasn't really sure what to say to them. He supposed when Fuyumi had her daughter, he had heard what people said to her, but that was a planned baby. He didn't know if Deku and Ochako wanted to be congratulated on the baby, but with the way the press was talking about them and their baby he thought he should mention it. 0He felt like it was somehow his fault, with the amount they were talking about his family. He saw how upset Deku and Ochako looked, and it made him angry.

"How do you feel Urara-" He saw Deku tense "Uraraka."

"I feel fine, Shoto. But.. I would like it if everyone started using my married name now. Midoriya."
Shoto frowned, that was odd, but he nodded "Okay." he looked at Deku, "The things people are saying are wrong." he sighed, "I couldn't agree with them less." He knew his words probably weren't enough to take his friend out of a spiral he had likely been in for weeks, but he had to try. "You couldn't be less like my father. Your marriage and your situation couldn't be more different from the one I was born into. Deku reached up to wipe his eyes and Shoto sighed

"You're the reason I am the man I am today, Izuku. You fixed the damage my father did. You can't possibly believe you will inflict it onto your kid, can you?"
Deku shrugged, the things Shoto was saying, they meant the world to him, but he was still so scared. "Thank you, Shoto, it means a lot. I'm just.. I'm not sure what I think yet."

Shoto nodded with a slight frown. "you're going to be great parents." he sighed, "you have a very lucky child." Shoto held his arms out with a sigh, smiling when his friends hugged him. He didn't usually offer hugs, but he knew his friends were upset, and the broadcast at his house had scared him.

Ochako pulled away with a sigh "How is Kocho?"
"She's good. She's walking now. Fuyumi sends me videos every day. Keigo says I get more than he does." He smiled at her

"I'm glad to hear it! I know those wings were messing with her balance."

Shoto laughed and nodded "She falls over quite a bit, but she's learning."

Deku smiled at that, he wondered if Hawks was proud his daughter had gotten his quirk, though butterfly wings were a bit different than those of a bird. He hadn't seen them since she was a baby. He would like to see them again.. His baby would most likely get Uraraka's quirk. A small smile came to his lips thinking about a miniature Uraraka, wearing mittens around their house.
