Flect Turn is informed of Rody's escape with the briefcase into Klayd's borders. However, he is not worried about it, considering that they are too far away to stop him, and he begins the final phase of his plan to save humanity. 

"Emergency alert sir!" One of the operators forewarned at the WHA Headquarters. "Humarise has started a broadcast and it's streaming across the planet."

"Put it on the screen!" The director ordered.

The monitor at WHA Headquarters and other electronic screens around the world showed the Humarise public broadcast. 

"Humarise will now fulfill its purpose." Flect Turn declared in the broadcast. "To protect the pure humans who are called "powerless," against those who have been infected by the wicked disease known as Quirks. We have developed humanity salvation devices that will cleanse this world. Soon, they will be activated in 25 countries. This deliverance from evil shall be witnessed by all in two hours. However, we are not without mercy. If you wish to prevent this plan from going into effect, we will generously reveal the countries where our devices have been installed. Even if you do not understand our righteous cause, you will have a chance to live on." The Broadcast ended.

"Director." One of the operators said as the monitor showed a marked map. "These are the 25 countries the bombs are placed in. They match up with the locations of known Humarise branches!"

"It's possible this is a giant trap." Another operator theorized.

"But we can't afford to be that cautious." All Might stated.

The WHA director nodded. "Give march orders to the hero teams on standby!"

"Yes, sir!" All operators responded. 

As expected, the Humarise public broadcast caused a massive widespread hysteria and panic throughout all the cities and even in areas outside the danger zone. The World Heroes Association gives the Heroes the green light to scramble in defense of the major cities that are being targeted by Humarise to quill society and locate the bombs.

Meanwhile, at a hotel in Klayd, Hikari and her companions investigate the MicroSD.

"So many folders." Izuku said after opening the SD card section in the computer. "Where do we even start?"

"Izuku, let me do it." Hikari volunteered, prompting Izuku to move to the side to let his friend find the most important file. "Where's the most recent timestamp?... It's this video file."

Hikari clicks on the audio file.

"Hello." Alan Kay's voice spoke in the audio. "My name is Alan Kay. Along with several other scientists, I was kidnapped by Humarise."

"Kidnapped?" Izuku queried. 

"In order to enact their plans, Humarise took our families hostage and forced us to manufacture Quirk Factor Trigger Bombs against our wills. The first terrorist attack using one of these devices was merely a ploy, to gather the world's top heroes in places where Humarise branches are located. The group is planning to use these horrible bombs to eradicate those pros. In an instant, the hero population will be decimated. After losing its top heroes, society would collapse. Using the vacuum of chaos afterward, Humarise will wipe out anyone with powers and build a world where only the Quirkless are allowed. That is the true goal of Flect Turn, the leader of Humarise. A madman. I hope my voice will reach the heroes in time. Eddie Soul, another scientist here, was also kidnapped and forced to work on the Trigger Bombs in exchange for the lives of his children.
