"What is your opinion of the young man my daughter has brought into our home, Ron?" Duke Forsberg inquired suddenly.

The assembly was taken aback by Lady Syera's unexpected introduction of a dashing commoner into the Forsberg residence. The duke, though somewhat irked by this breach of tradition—since his daughter had never previously introduced a suitor—was nevertheless relieved that Syera had requested the dissolution of her engagement with the crown prince, whom he had always disdained for her.

"To be candid, Your Grace, Lady Syera appears to hold a deep affection for this young man," Ron replied.

Sabay kaming nagtungo ni Indigo sa training ground ng mga Knights kasama si Vlavastor. Gaya ng napagkasunduan namin ng aking ama ay ngayon ko ipapakilala si Vlavastor kay Sir Devon.

Nakikinig lang ako sa mga paalala ni Indigo kay Vlavastor habang naglalakad kami. Career na career niya talaga ang pagiging mudra ni Vlavastor kahit magkasing edad lang naman sila.

Mabuti na lang ay hindi naririndi si Vlavastor sa kanya at tumatango lang sa bawat habilin sa kanya ni Indigo.

I know he still disapproves of my decision to appoint Vlavastor as my personal knight. It’s not because Vlavastor is a commoner, but because he doubts Vlavastor’s ability to protect me. He’s incredibly protective of me because I am the only one he has.
