ALBERTA, ISAAC, PETE AND THEA STOOD IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE HOUSE. They waited by a door, where the voices of the living could somewhat be heard. The other three literally watching paint dry, while Thea stood closest to the door, ear going through, not wanting to enter the room and be caught by Sam. Before she took a step back due to the sound of footsteps.
"The Livings, they are fighting." Thorfinn said enthusiastically, coming through a door.
"Ooh, nothing better than watching a good husband-wife argument. What's the beef?" Alberta questioned. The group gaining some excitement from a new form of entertainment.
"He wants to fix the roof, and she wants to fix the fountain." Thor explained, now losing Thea's engagement over how boring the argument sounded.
"Ah. Home renovation... a classic of the genre. Shall we go...spectate?" Isaac cleared up the reasoning for the argument. Growing more excited to become a witness.
"I mean, we're literally watching paint dry." Alberta added. Thea turning to look at two different colours of paint the three were staring at.
"And i'm not sure why you're doing that." Thea told them, acting like she'd never done the same.
"These new glosses are fantastic. But, yeah,
fight's probably more interesting." Pete said to them as they began to go watch the fight."So, imagine... you're a guest driving up to our B&B and the first thing you see is
this giant gleaming fountain." Sam was explaining her side to Jay."Look, babe, nobody loves a fancy fountain more than I do, but..." Jay replied to his wife.
"He's gonna pivot back to the roof." Alberta told the other ghosts excitedly, stating her input.
"I think we need to focus on the bigger picture. Which is the roof." Jay finished what he was saying. The ghosts cheered at how correct Alberta's prediction was.
"Please be quiet!" Sam said to them, getting frustrated at their input.
"Excuse me, am I not allowed to have an opinion?" Jay questioned her, while confused.
"I was talking to the ghosts." She replied, turning her head to point in their direction. That Jay clearly couldn't see.
"Right. Because ghosts are a real thing and my wife talks to them now. Wait, are they in here?" Jay began to question his life, before realising the room could be filled with ghosts.
"Yes, they are. And they are very annoying." Sam answered him, causing frustration with the ghost.
"Well, that's uncalled for." Hetty responded, looking hurt.
"How?, I haven't spoken this whole time." Thea acted confused, as to why they were all getting blamed.
"Look, I didn't want to bring this up, but...
I did give in on moving here for you." Jay began going explain to Sam, most likely trying to push his hope for the roof.
