I stumbled forward as the portal disappeared behind me. Thor grabbed onto my arm before I could fall. I looked over to where Loki was and saw him lying on the ground. I looked up at Thor, who had the biggest smile on his face at the sight of his brother. I elbowed Thor in the ribs, and he looked at me, hurt. I rolled my eyes and looked around.

We appeared to be on a cliffside. I could hear the crashing of waves below and ahead of us, sitting on a rock right near the cliff, was Odin.

I pointed to him and Thor and Loki nodded.

"Do you want me to come?" I asked. Thor shook his head.

"Don't come all the way over but can you stay close enough that I can see you?" Loki asked, almost shyly. It made me smile.

I nodded and the two started forward with me close behind. I stopped about 2 feet away, just far enough that I couldn't hear the conversation. After about ten minutes, they looked up. I gasped as I watched Odin turn into gold dust which floated into the sky. It honestly reminded me of Master Oogway from Kung Fu Panda.

I could see the sky begin to darken and Thor looked very upset. Luckily, it seemed like Loki calmed him down. Thor and Loki stood up and started walking towards me. I heard a familiar sound behind me and turned around to make sure I hadn't accidentally opened a portal, but no. The color was completely off and it was opening slower than mine. I looked to Thor and Loki, who walked towards me and changed into their suits. I used my magic to do the same and pulled out my sword. I looked to Loki who smiled slightly and took my hand. I smiled and turned back to the portal. Out of it stepped a woman with dark scraggly hair, green eyes, and dark eyeshadow wearing a black and green leather suit.

"So he's gone." She said. "It's a shame, I would've liked to have seen that." I glared at her.

"You must be Hela. I'm Thor, Son of Odin."

"Really? You don't look like him." She said.

"Perhaps we can come to an arrangement," Loki said. I squeezed his hand, glad he was trying to talk things out first.

"You sound like him. Kneel."

"Beg your pardon?" Loki asked. If it weren't for the circumstances I'd be laughing at his formality. Hela held her hand out and a sword appeared in her hand. My eyes widened and I gripped my sword tighter.

"Kneel...before your queen."

"Excuse me?!" I shouted. "In what universe are you queen? Certainly not this one." She glared at me.

"I don't think so," Thor said as he began to move towards Hela. He threw Mjolnir, but to everyone's surprise, Hela caught it.

"It's not possible," Thor grunted out as he tried to have Mjolnir fly through Hela. It did nothing.

"Darling, you have no idea what's possible." Then she did something I thought no one could do. She broke Mjolnir.

A huge explosion of lightning erupted from the hammer. Thor turned away and Loki immediately covered me. The shattered pieces of Mjolnir fell to the ground. Hela swiped her hands over her head and her hair shifted into many horns. Two swords appeared in her hand and she began to walk towards us.

"Bring us back!" Loki shouted into the sky.

"No!" Thor shouted, but it was too late. The Bifrost came down and swept us up. I quickly put my necklace back on and looked down.

"Look!" I shouted. Hela was right behind us.

"Loki!" Thor shouted. Loki threw a knife at her, but she grabbed it and threw it back at him, knocking him out of the Bifrost.
