--Internal Monologue starts--

The exam had been underway for a few days till now. Thus far, the challenges posed were manageable, requiring a balance of physical and mental exertion. But, the inevitable disruption occurred a few days back.

Oreki Kagenou, a name that would forever echo in the annals of my memory as a symbol of unwarranted chaos, had made his presence known. A competitive spirit between us had emerged several days ago, a silent agreement to outscore each other in this exam. However, Kagenou's methods were far from conventional.

He had attached himself to me like a shadow, his presence a constant irritant. Not only was his mere existence a distraction, but his incessant chatter with his partner, a young woman with an unfortunate penchant for excessive displays of affection, was proving to be a significant impediment to my progress.

The constant background noise of their interactions was akin to nails on a chalkboard. It was a deliberate attempt to disrupt my concentration, a tactic as crude as it was ineffective. Nevertheless, it was an annoyance that gnawed at my patience.

How would anyone would be able to win if both us were always getting first place?

--Ranting of Kiyotaka ends--

After finishing the history exam which was pretty easy, we talked a bit with Hashimoto, and then went towards the next destination.

While going to the other destination, the only thing I could think about is water, and food. Normally it will be a problem to be physically active for a long time without the proper nutrient and water. Normally being the problem, I was made to be able to handle days without food and water and still be able to fight with professionals without any problems.

At first I thought that this was torture, due to the amount of hunger I was feeling, and the amount of energy I had lost from my body within a few hours. But later I had also the lost the feeling of hunger from my stomach as well.

Thirst was still present due to the sudden dizziness, and the sore throat caused by it. But it was manageable.

While we were walking to the next task I saw a teacher in a far off distance, but it looked as if he was transporting some water.
