it was 4:30 am. Meng Li was in her room, still sleeping on her bed. She was sleeping soundly, and her hair was let down. Her room was neat as she slept. She was dreaming of being the strongest woman on the eastern continent. She was sleeping soundly as her body was healed of all the bruises that her little brother had inflicted on her, but her mind kept dwelling on what the medical student said about (Y/n), saying that he was stronger than before. Her mind couldn't keep her mind about his little brother's body. His little brother had already undergone a powerful transformation, and his body could get stronger after the battle. She thought that maybe this was how her little brother was able to almost beat her in the fight.
When she slept, she dreamt about her childhood. She was a child in the orphanage. Her orphanage was a male-dominated type of orphanage because most orphans were more boys than girls. But unlike other girls, Meng Li was different. While most girls stay beautiful and elegant to be beautiful in the orphanage, Meng Li was with other boys who were interested in tournaments. Meng Li watched them all, but one that stood out the most was an old man in his Fifties. As Meng Li saw him, he was different from all the fighters. Even the best of the best couldn't even touch him. Even the demons, spirits, and high-level fighters on top couldn't even lay a finger on him. As Meng Li saw, it was legendary Master Yun. he dominated every fighter; even fighters with long lifespans reaching hundreds of years of experience couldn't even touch the prodigy of the old man. Meng Li saw it as her goal to be the strongest and beat Master Yun.
When she was at the orphanage, she decided to train her body to the very best. She began copying from every local martial arts and qi school. Her friends helped her out by sparring with her. However, as weeks passed by, Meng Li was able to master all the things she could copy. At seven years old, she piled up most of the stuff she copied from each dojo. She taught all the boys in the orphanage how to fight independently. Meng Li was so good at teaching that her students, aka her friends. To test her strength, she went to local dojos, challenged the best students, and beat the top students in each dojo.
As the news of her popularity rose to her being a prodigy fighter, all of the dojos she defeated tried reclaiming her, but she refused Meng Li's overconfidence. Being the youngest prodigy at seven years old, she thought she was above the masters.
One day, as Meng Li was engrossed in teaching her students at the orphanage, a cloaked figure approached her. The figure exuded a powerful aura of qi, causing Meng Li to step back instinctively.
"Are you the one who was beating every master martial artist in your town?" The figure's voice was menacing, hanging in the air, leaving Meng Li and the reader in suspense.
"yeah, if I am," said Meng Li mockingly and arrogantly, "want to get your ass kicked by a girl like all those so-called "warriors" Their arts are just sports, not real ones. I had to show their students what true martial arts is".
"ohh cocky now, why do you think your the best and your art is the true art?" called out the figure in a return of mocking her art. "Don't you know how to respect your elders?'
