A few months have passed since the day Orlando hacked into Aidan's and Daiichi's systems. Nothing else was heard from them for now, though Aidan did alert the boss about what happened and his steps that he took to make sure they were not hacked into. Aidan texts Daiichi from a burner phone, keeping his main phone for gang related activities.

Aidan also had met with the principal and the steps of what college he could get into and his plans. He only met up with the Principal when Daiichi was in classes, so they could walk home together. The bond between Aidan and Daiichi was much stronger, and Daiichi felt more comfortable.

Aidan and Daiichi were walking out of the cafe, after classes and Daiichi cleared his throat. He made sure they weren't being followed before he grabbed Aidan's hand. Aidan was confused as Daiichi pulled them somewhere isolated.

"Hey, where are we going? It's too cold, to be hanging outside..." Aidan mumbled, but Daiichi completely ignored him. Once they were alone, Daiichi gently grabbed Aidan by his shoulders.

"Aidan?"

"What?" He asked and Daiichi bit his lip.

"I know I did this before a number of times, but we have known each other for a while now. Long enough to know whether we have feelings for each other. My feelings for you haven't changed. I still like you... will you be my boyfriend?"

Aidan's mouth dropped open, not expecting that to escape his friend's mouth. He blinked a couple of times while Daiichi shifted in his spot. He took this chance and leaned in to kiss Aidan. This time Aidan didn't move away. Daiichi's lips landed directly on top of Aidan's. The kiss was gentle and sweet. Daiichi cupped Aidan's cheeks and tilted his head to the side to deepen it a bit before pulling away. Both boys were blushing and Aidan couldn't even form words, which was making Daiichi a nervous wreck.

"Please say something."

"Yes, yes, I will be your boyfriend."

Daiichi's smile widened and he wrapped his arms around Aidan with a small laugh.

"Finally!"

"But~,"

"No... no no... No buts. You already said yes," Daiichi cut Aidan off. Aidan couldn't help the smile that graced his lips.

"All I am going to say is I can't say how long I will actually be here. Who knows what would happen?"

"We can worry about that in the future."

Daiichi cupped Aidan's cheeks and pecked his lips slightly again before taking Aidan's hand. They started walking again, Aidan lacing their fingers together. Daiichi glanced at Aidan before looking ahead.

"So much happened in the last few weeks and months. It makes me happy."

"Yeah, same. I honestly don't regret anything up to this point," Aidan said.

Daiichi looked over at Aidan, noticing that Aidan had a small smile on his lips. Daiichi blinked several times, before blushing.

Aidan turned to Daiichi, confused, and tilted his head.

"What?"

"Well... it's just that you smiled. It's really rare to see you smile. You look really handsome when you smile. Do it more for me, okay?"

Aidan's eyes widened, and he quickly looked away, feeling his tips heat up in embarrassment.

"Don't say things like that."

"Why not? It's true, you don't look nearly as mean."

Aidan shot Daiichi a glare, who only grinned, and Daiichi sighed softly.

"So, how was the meeting with the principal? Do you know what school you are going to?"

"Yeah, I plan to go to the University of Tokyo. But I will be going into school for the first few semesters and then it will transition into online. We already worked out the paperwork. I got for my tour tomorrow and start classes next week."

"You guys worked fast. I guess I won't get to see you that much."

"Yeah, sorry... I will try to make time..."

"Don't stress, I can visit with the help of Thomas and Ian," Daiichi nudged him.

Aidan nodded his head and glanced at Daiichi before stopping outside of Daiichi's house. Daiichi huffed slightly since he wasn't ready to leave Aidan yet.

"Can you stay for a bit?"

"Will it be okay?"

"Of course, my parents are always at work. So, they won't be home. Let's go."

Daiichi pulled Aidan inside, kicking their shoes off. They removed their coats and hung them up.

Daiichi pulled Aidan to the living room and flopped on the couch. Aidan groaned as Daiichi started to cuddle up to Aidan.

"You are so warm..."

"Am I?"

"Mmm..."

Daiichi nuzzled his face into Aidan's neck, and Aidan relaxed against him. There was a comfortable silence between the two.

Aidan suddenly felt the exhaustion hit him, and his eyes started to drift. It wasn't long before he started sleeping.

Daiichi glanced at Aidan with a smile, before brushing some of Aidan's hair out of his face. Daiichi pecked his cheek before nuzzling into him again.

"You have no idea how cute you are..." Daiichi whispered as he pulled Aidan against him before lying down. He stroked Aidan's hair before looking up at the ceiling. He wasn't going to let Aidan go so easily, now that he finally had him.
