After getting a milkshake from the Dingo. Dallas and Hazel decided to drive back to Buck's. As soon as they pulled up, there was a party happening. "Shit," Dallas said as he parked the car, "What?" Hazel asked, "I didn't know that Buck was having another party," Dallas said.

"What's wrong with that?" "I know that you don't like big crowds," "Dally, I think I'll be fine," Hazel said, "You sure? We can go somewhere else for a bit," "Where else could we possibly go?" "Your house?" "It's surrounded with police tape since they're investigating my grandpa's death."

"Fuck," Dallas said in anger, "I mean, we could just go to the Curtis's for a bit," Hazel said, "They're sleeping now, changed their sleep schedule because of school," "Well I don't wanna sit here and wait for these people to leave," Hazel said, "Okay, but we gotta be quick. There's a lot of people in there," Dallas said as he got out of the car. Hazel also got out of the car.

They walked up to the door. Dallas looked in by the window, and there was a lot of people inside. "Okay, gimme your hand," Dallas said a she stuck his hand for Hazel. Hazel smiled and held his and, interlocking her fingers with his. "Okay, please don't let go," Dallas said, "I won't, trust me," Hazel said. Dallas then open the door and the both of them bolted to the stairs.

As soon as they made it to Dallas's room, he let Hazel go in first. "Jesus, I'm outta shape," Hazel said out of breath. "Go lay down then," Dallas said a she closed the door. Hazel immediately walked over to his bed and immediately laid down. As soon as her head laid on a pillow, she was asleep almost instantly.

Dallas took off his leather jacket and set it on the floor. He looked at Hazel and noticed that she was already sleeping. He crawled in next to her. As soon as he was lying down, Hazel immediately moved closer to him. Dallas wrapped his arms around her as she moved closer, then he fell asleep.

Hazel woke up with the sun shining in her eyes. She sat up to see that Dallas wasn't there. She got worried, but then she remembered, "Oh yeah, he still has to go to school," Hazel said to herself. She rubbed her eyes as she got up. She walked out of his room and over to the washroom.

She looked at herself in the mirror, "I need to have a shower," Hazel said. Then she remembered, all of stuff is still in the car. "Maybe Dallas won't mind me stealing a few clothes for a bit," Hazel said in her head as she walked back to his room. She went through his dresser, only to find a gun hidden.

"I'm just gonna move that over here," Hazel said, moving the gun further away from her. She then grabbed a black T shirt and some old jeans of his. She walked back to the washroom, shutting and locking the door behind her. She started the shower, then got undressed and hopped in.

After washing practically everything, Hazel turned the shower off and got out. She grabbed a towel and dried off. Her natural curls came back, but she was too lazy to do her hair. She put Dallas's clothes on, which they were a bit too big for her. She then folded up her dirty clothes. walked out of the bathroom to see a laundry basket at the end of the hallway.

"I don't think Buck would mind to wash these," Hazel said as she placed her clothes in the basket. She then walked back to Dallas's room. She shut the door behind her and walked to his bed and sat down on "his" side of the bed. She then looked at the time to see that it was lunchtime.

"There's no way I slept that long!" Hazel said. She then heard a car's engine coming from outside. She looked through the window to see Dallas getting out of Buck's car. Hazel got up from the bed and ran downstairs to meet up with him. Then it hit her, he shouldn't be home. It's only lunchtime.

Dallas walked in to see Hazel waiting at the stairs, "Hey," Dallas said as he closed the door, "What are you doing home? You aren't supposed to leave school," Hazel said as she walked up to him, "I got suspended, nice clothes by the way," Dallas said with a smile, "You got suspended?!" Hazel said in shock.

"Yeah," Dallas said, "Why?!" "I got into a fight-" "With who. Because if you say-" "It wasn't Aven," "Oh thank god," Hazel said, "Why are you even wearing my clothes?" "Can't you tell me that I took a shower?" "Yeah, doesn't explain why you're wearing my clothes," "I didn't have any clothes. What would you liked me to wear?" "Well... nothing would've been fine-"

"Oh my god!" Hazel said rolling her eyes. She started to walk to the stairs, Dallas shortly followed her. "I'm gonna go have a shower, it's been a long day already," Dallas said, "Okay, I'll be in your room," Hazel said as she walked into his room.

A few minutes later, Dallas walked out with a towel wrapped around his waist. His hair was all wet and messy. "How was your shower?" Hazel asked as Dallas walked into the bedroom, "It was good," Dallas said as he sat on the edge of the bed, "Really? Just good?"

"Well, I have a shit ton of bruises from the fight," Dallas said, "Yeah, I can see that," Hazel said as she looked at his back, "Did you get into a fight with a human or a bear?" Hazel joked as she shifted behind him to look at his back, "Wow, you're so funny!" Dallas said sarcastically.

Hazel smiled and then she placed her hands on his shoulders. Then she started to massage them, causing Dallas's head to fall onto Hazel's shoulder and causing him to close his eyes. "Rough day?" Hazel spoke softly in his ear, "Mhm," Dallas hummed soothingly. Hazel gave him a small peck on the cheek, easing him.

Dallas never felt like this. No one ever gave him any kind of love like this. He didn't grow up around people who rest cared for him, so this was new to him, and he loved it. Hazel was about to stop, but Dallas leaned his body into hers, begging for more.

Hazel continued to massage his shoulder. She then moved her hand over to his head to give him a head scratch, making him smile. "Did you win the fight?" Hazel asked, "Yeah," Dallas said tiredly, "You wanna take a nap?" Hazel asked, "No, I want you to keep doing this," "It's just a massage Dal," "I know, I just really needed it."

"How about you get into bed and I rub your back for a bit?" Hazel said, "I need to get dressed first," "Dal, I've already seen your entire body, it'll be fine," Hazel said. Dallas sat up and then leaned down, fully lying down on the bed. Hazel then laid beside him and started to rub his back.

Dallas immediately closed his eyes again, almost falling asleep. Small snores started to escape from his mouth. As soon as Hazel heard his snores, she slowly stopped. She then got up from the bed, stepping over Dallas. She then walked down the stairs to meet Buck.

"Oh! I didn't know that you were home already!" Hazel said, "Yeah, I got off for lunch, are these your bags? I found them in my car," Buck asked as he held up bags of clothes, "Yeah! I was actually about to get them to get them out of the way for you," Hazel said as she walked up to Buck.

"Here ya go," Buck said as he gave her the clothes, "Where's Dal?" Buck asked, "He's sleeping," Hazel said, "He get suspended again?" Buck asked, "Yeah, he fought someone," "Principal already told me, Randy Anderson was the guy," "Of course it was Randy!"

"Well, I'm just gonna pack up some food, then get back to work," Buck said as he walked to the door, "Yeah, see you later," Hazel said as she walked to the stairs. Buck left, and Hazel walked to Dallas's room. Dallas was completely passed out. Hazel set her stuff beside his dresser.

Dallas slowly opened his eyes. He saw Hazel organizing her stuff. He just stared at her. Man was he in love. This time, he can't fuck it up. If he does, Hazel will never speak to him again. "Hazel?" Dallas said. Hazel turned to look at him, "What's up?" Hazel said, "Can you get me some water?" Dallas said. Hazel nodded with a smile.

Dallas watched her walk away.

He can't fuck this up.

Not this time.
