on my way home. She informed me that Kyoka was no where to be found. Yuji was already there, and when they all arrived the front door was left wide open. This made my heart race. "Satoru, her curling iron was left on in her room, still plugged in. I don't think she was planning on leaving." Tsumiki said through the phone.

"Fuck, I'll be there in five." I responded and hung up the phone. I sped up, going way above the speed limit. As soon as I arrived home I ran into the door. Everyone sat on the couch silently. "Has anyone found her phone? She wouldn't just leave without it." I asked.

Everyone shook their heads, Megumi spoke up, "It says her last location was 4 blocks away. It hasn't moved in two hours." He said, showing me his phone.

I rubbed my hands over my face before letting out a loud breath, "Okay, I need you two to stay here in case she or anyone else shows up while I'm gone. I'll have Nanami come over. Yuji, I'm gonna need you to do the same, just in case she happens to show up there. If anyone hears anything, call me." I said before rushing out the door.

I called Nanami, explaining the situation and asking if he could watch over the house. Once I got off the phone I made it to the place Kyoka's phone said it was last located. It was in between a roadway, sitting directly in the middle. I hopped out of the car and picked it up. I looked around for any other signs, but ultimately found nothing. I sighed as I got back in the car, I looked around her phone hoping something would lead me as to what went wrong, but I got nothing. I punched the steering wheel in frustration.

A couple days had now gone by, or at least I had assumed. No one, not even my mother or father came to check in on me. I haven't even seen my father yet, my mother said he refused to be in contact with such a disgrace. I had gotten minimal sleep due to my wrists being bound and had lost a significant amount of energy due to no nutrition being in my body. I just sat there, pondering my own thoughts and getting lost in my mind. It was the only thing I could do. What other choice did I have?

I sat there, mindlessly looking around the room, trying to figure out what the hell to do. Then it hit me. Back when I was younger, there was this dresser against the wall I could fit behind. So Satoru would knock on my window, I'd slip behind the dresser, and climb out the window. I doubt I can fit behind it and I doubt the window is even open but, fuck it.

I walked up to the windows, peaking out the blinds to make sure no one was around. No one. I turned my back to the dresser, pushing with all my life to move it a couple inches away. I huffed and puffed, easily out of breath. Weakness from malnutrition playing a fault in my plan. I took a deep breath, and tried again. I pushed with all my might, putting all my weight into it. Finally I got it moved just enough for me to slip behind it. I gasped, mentally cheering myself on for my effort. Now I just had to hope and pray this window was still unlocked. I turned around, taking a moment and preparing myself. If this didn't work, I'm going to be seriously disappointed. I can't let them choose my fate, my destiny. This is my life, I will live it the way I desire too. I closed my eyes for a moment, thinking about my brother, Yuji, my friends. My heart thumped and my eyes became watery. I've got to do this.
