Honestly what was taking her so long? It was just a simple case of dynamite infused cocktails how hard could it possibly be.

All you had to do was break the things before they explode and then yell at the dumbass who messed up a simple drink, that task should only take a few minutes, not an hour.

Finally after only a few more minutes of waiting she finally exited the damn bar.

"You have a lot of explaining to do as to why it took you over an hour to finish such a simple task ma'm" Perdita said not bothering to hide her annoyance with the taller female.

"Sorry Perti, there was a bar fight going on at the same time and-"

"I know, but it felt wrong to just let the fight continue"

Perdita would never understand Mara's heart, but that was one of the few things she loved about her.

Not that she would ever admit it. No weakness could ever be shown, not even to very attractive and kind ladies like Mara.

It was already bad enough that they had to hide their right eye, and pretend they didn't have pale splotches on their skin by drinking a potion.

They had been taking it since they were born, and it was too late to stop now.

Even if she wanted to, which she definitely didn't, even to the cute blonde girl who was the same age as her, that being 15.
