NAORI SUKI's Pov
THE SOUND OF the vehicles passing by can be heard as I walked towards my friends house with my luggage rolling next to me.
Today is a special day for us school students. Yes, the 3 day school trips. I honestly take an advantage on these trips to refresh my mind.
Anyways, when I arrived at my friend, Jihyo's house, I knocked on the door, waiting for a response. After a few moments, the door creaked open. Apon seeing her brother, I mentally cursed at myself.
Jungwon stood infront of the door, his slender looking hands gripped on the handle of the door. "Is Jihyo there?" As if on que, I heard her voice from the inside.
Jungwon nodded, his dimples became apparent as he smiled. "Come in. She's still getting ready" his soft, low voice caught me off guard. It was almost too addicting.
I snapped out of my thoughts, nodding at him and returned his smile. He opened the door more, giving me space to come in. I took my luggage in hand before entering the house.
"I'll take it to the living room, mom has made something for us to eat" he said, coming closer to him which made my heart unconsciously start beating fast. With a slight flustered behaviour, I nodded once again.
He took my luggage away from me and took it to the living room like he said, while I went to the kitchen. "Good afternoon Mrs.Yang!" I cheerfully greeted, coming over to he with a wide smile.
She chuckled as she turned towards me, wiping her hands. "Kiki! It's been long, hasn't it?" She asked which a furiously nodded.
"Still the cheerful Suki I see" she said which made me giggle. "What have you made? Jungwon told me you made something to eat" I asked as I looked at the counter, seeing various kind of food.
"Is that so? Well, I made deserts since you'll leave around 6PM. It wouldn't be a great idea to eat a meal right now" she said, taking the plate that displayed my favourite desert, Mochi!
The excitement grew much apparent as I couldn't stand in place. Honestly, I consider myself childish, but hey? Whose there to complain? This is how I am.
"You can try it" she said, placing the plate infront of me as I sat down. "Thank you!" I lastly said before devouring down the food infront of me.
"Typical Suki I see" I heard a familiar feminine voice, making me look up. "Hey Jiji! Have you got everything?" I asked as I took a bite from the last mochi. "Yep, I have everything I need" she said as she took a seat next to me.
Just a few seconds after, Jungwon came in the room, which made me slightly choke on it, but I made sure no one noticed it.
"Won, I made strawberry with chocolate" I heard Mrs.Yang say. His eyes sparkled apon hearing those words. He looked like a cat that got his treat.
But what made me a bit flustered is that when he sat next to me.
"Naori Suki?"
"Here" I replied as the teacher did our role call, making sure that everyone who applied is here. Once finally finishing the role call, they paired people together.
"And lastly, Suki and Jungwon!" The teacher finished as he closed the file he had in his arms. Instantly, I locked eyes with Jungwon, who was already looking at me.
I felt my ears turn red, making me quickly hide my ears with my hair. I already know about my crush for Junwgon, which is why I'm trying so hard not to make it obvious.
I saw his smile, and saw him motioning me to come over, which I did after a few seconds. "Looks like we're partners" he said.
That, itself made me question. What if we became actual partners that were inlove?
Am I too delusional?
