after leaving the graveyard i decided to make my way towards a place i always considered my second home: the todoroki household.

after knocking on the doors i was welcomed by the warm smile of fuyumi todoroki, the white haired female with glasses who i had a sisterly relationship with, hugging me tighter than ever.

"you are so cold! where have you been?" fuyumi said as she touched ny forehead, noticing my pink-ish nose and cheeks. "come in, please, i made hotpot for dinner."

i came in the house and removed my shoes to put on the slippers given to me by fuyumi herself.

"just doing my weekly routine fuyumi." i walked by her side as she started asking me about my day and everything i've done today, answering everything i could.

her home was always so warm, but there was only one place where i didn't feel that warmth, there was always such a cool and eerie vibe in this room.

it was the room where touya's altar stood, a picture of him in the center, flowers and incense surrounding the picture of the little boy. it felt as if it was staring into my soul. i paid my respects to the altar, before going to the dining room.

i was now sitting beside the youngest todoroki sibling, shoto, and in front of enji, we all started eating the hotpot with many meats and vegetables fuyumi had prepared to accompany the hot soup.

"how are you holding up right now?" enji broke the peaceful silence in the room.

i sighed and placed down my bowl on the table.

enji really had changed after that nomu attack, he was redeeming himself as much as he could; he cared now.

his fight had definitely been something extraordinary, it was the beginning of a new era for heroes, and also a new opportunity to do things right with everything in his life.

"i've been a little bit all over the place, sir." i replied playing with a piece of fried tofu. "aside from personal issues, everything at work has been going well thanks to the publicity your new suit is giving me."

"you're great at what you do." enji stated keeping eye contact with me. "if you need help with anything please tell us so, y/n, you know you're part of this family."

"thank you, enji-san," i said and stood up to pick up my empty plate. "i think it's time for me to head home, tomorrow will be a busy day at work, and it's a little bit late."

"we can have someone escort you home sister, its getting more dangerous out here." fuyumi said with a worried tone.

she was right.

the streets at night were now full of all kinds of thugs more than before, all might's retirement really took a toll on the country after all; even if endeavor was now taking over, there have been a couple of things popping up.

i accepted the kind offer and waved my goodbyes to fuyumi, shoto, and enji.

my ride home was peaceful, i just kept ny eyes out in the window, staring at the night sky, the moon following me everywhere i went and snow falling harder than ever.

after it made it safely to my home, and removing my layers of coats and scarves, i sent a message to fuyumi.

"i'm home fuyusis, love youuu."

i got into my bedsheets and fell fast asleep.
