"And I understand your frustration, I will see what's going on and get back with you. I didn't know that, that was what is going on" I said into the phone I was so ready for this call to end, so I could go do my rounds. Today is the worst day of my life but I still managed to come into work. To keep busy.
"Oh and I heard that today is your brother death date. Sending my condolences to you and your family Ms.Fletcher" was the last thing I heard before hanging up the phone.
"Uggggh" I said a lot while looking around my office, a saw a flash of the color white before hearing thunder. *KNOCK KNOCK*
"Come in!!" I said out loud while still looking around my office.
"Hey I'm sorry to bother you but inmate Suge is requesting for you to come to his cell. He has some very important news that I think you should hear about" Santana said and I nodded my head.
"Okay, I'll be down in a minute. Do you know what it's pertaining" I asked him.
"Kind of but I don't know if it's true or not. But I know this all started because Suge and Johnathan got into a heated argument that led to them fighting" Santana said and I nodded my head.
"Lord I'm so ready to go. I just cannot do this today" I said silently as I gathered my walkie talkie, and my keys so we could leave.
"How are you holding up today" Santana asked me as we got on the elevator heading to the floor that maximum security was on.
"I'm holding it together. I just want to cry honestly. Just go home and lay in bed" I said while looking at the numbers light up as we went down, finally making it to floor 4 the elevator door opened.
"I'd want to go home as well and lay on that fine man you got living with you. Weeew I would of been pregnant shit" Santana said causing me to laugh, he is funny without even trying.
"Oh no. Nothing like that is going on" I said as we made our way towards maximum security.
"Chile you ain't foolin nobody I see the way you look at him. You tellin me he ain't fine" Santana said while swiping his badge, I did swiped mine as well.
"Okay he is" I said while laughing.
"Seeee but we will finish this conversation later" Santana said and I agreed. It was too quiet in the unit.
"They on lock down" I asked and Santana nodded his head while sitting at the desk, finishing up some paperwork. I walked up the stairs so I could look and see if they did any damage to their cell, as big as Suge is I'd expect some damage. Their cell didn't look too bad.
"Whole damn. Who the fuck won" I said to myself as I walked down towards the other cells,Kay of the dudes where laying in their beds. I made my way back downstairs so I could get some gloves to go through the cell, I want to check it myself.
