Chapter 10: Lemon Boy

"So lemon boy and me, we just gotta get along together, I'll help him plant his seeds, and we'll mow the lawn in bad weather."

[btw this takes place about an hour after the last chapter :3]

Matt POV:

"Hey, Gus." I say with my head on his shoulder looking at his phone, as we sit on the couch in his living room.

"Yeah, Matty." he says playing with my hair, turning his head to look at me.

"What even is the project we're meant to be doing about?" I ask speaking about what he said in school earlier that day.

"Uh, I actually I don't even know." he says putting his phone down.

"Eh, whatever I didn't really care anyways." I say. 

"Matty." Gus says.

"Huh." I hum in response.

"Did you eat today?" 

"I-uh, um, no."

"Why not Matty" Gus says.

"I donno." I say.

"Did you at least have water today." he says.

"Yes, I did in fact have water today." I say.

"Ok, good." he says putting his arm around my shoulder. 

A few minutes later I start drifting to sleep, but I am woken up by the sound of my phone ringing. I pick up my phone to see that Steve is calling.

"Hi, Steve." I say still with my head on Gus's shoulder, as he plays with my hair again.

"Hi, Matt, I was just making sure you ok."

"Yeah, I'm fine." I say yawing and rubbing my eyes.

"Ok, just call me when you're ready to come home." he says.

"Ok, bye."

"Bye." he says, hanging up.

"Do you wanna watch a movie, Matty." Gus says.

"Sure."

I'm back once again, I love reading all of you guys comentsss :3 and I was wondering if I wrote a story ab my OCs would any of you read, it would be a similar writing style to this so pls just let me know if you would read it, I could also say more ab what it would be about and more on my OCs.
