As time went on it was becoming increasingly evident to Osamu that any sad movie he had ever seen about someone suffering from an illness was a big fat lie. Most people didn't treat him any differently, which he was thankful for. But the ones who did almost never gave him sympathy unless they were his teachers or doctors. Instead they chose to make fun of him or pick on him, and he couldn't be bothered to do anything about it.
Atsumu on the other hand...
"I'm going to kill them!"
"I'll come with you," Suna said. "I mean I'm not doing any killing. But it would make a great video."
Osamu sighed as he looked up from the paper he was working on. Suna was sitting on top of the desk next to his, looking over his shoulder. His twin on the other hand would not stop pacing.
Atsumu glared at the brace on Obama's left wrist. "I'm serious. I mean who makes fun of someone for spraining something? Besides it can happen to literally anyone!"
"It's fine, Tsumu. I really don't care what anyone says."
"Then how come you're in here doing work instead of eating your lunch in the cafeteria?"
"Because I ate my lunch during my break. I was hungry earlier. And I have to leave early for an appointment so I'm doing my work now."
"Oh."
Osamu smirked at his brother. "Seriously, I don't care."
"Well I do. And so does Suna."
Suna leaned back on the desk and tilted his head thoughtfully. "Actually I care about what your brother thinks. So if he doesn't care I don't."
"But you said you'd come with me for the murdering!"
"Yeah. To record your idiocy."
"You know," Osamu drawled, "both of you make it hard to focus on my work."
"Sorry," they said in unison.
Osamu gave his brother a pleading look. "Just promise me you won't do anything stupid, Tsumu."
"Don't worry, I wont. I promise."

"I knew you could cook, but I had no idea you could bake."
Osamu smiled at his boyfriend. "Well I'm still learning, really. But with me missing so many days of school I needed something else to do."
"Hey I'm not complaining," Suna shrugged. "Especially when you're making me a whole cake."
"Great! So I'm sure you won't mind pouring the batter into the pan."
"What?"
The twin lifted his left hand. "Sprained. Wrist. Can't lift heavy bowel. You don't do it, you don't get your cake."
Suna immediately did as he was told after that. "Have I told you how much I appreciate you by the way?"
Osamu grinned at his victory. It was astounding how easily he could sway people with the threat of his food. And as a bonus he also got Suna to put the cake into the oven for him.
"You know you make a great assistant."
"Don't push your luck," Suna warned, even as he played with Osamu's hair.
While waiting for the cake to bake, the two got all of ten peaceful minutes into a movie before Atsumu got home.
"Hey Tsumu, wanna watch a-" Osamu stopped the second he turned around and saw his twin's bloody knuckles and messed up uniform. "You did not."
Suna looked between the two brothers and winced. "I think you've done it now, Atsumu."
"Before you say anything Samu I swear I didn't mean to beat anyone up!"
"Really? Because if I remember correctly you said you were going to stay late for extra practice and that was it. And now you come home looking like that."
Atsumu held up his hands in defense. "To be fair that's exactly what I did. And then this guy came up to me and started talking crap, and I defended your honor! Like the fabulous brother I am."
Despite the fact that his brother could very easily get in trouble for this, Osamu smiled. "Thank you."
His twin grinned and ruffled his hair. "Anything for you, Samu. By the way, whatever your baking smells amazing," he added before disappearing into their bedroom.
Suna laughed. "He's definitely trying to get back on your good side."
"And he knows exactly how to do it," Osamu sighed."
